Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. トラクタおよび1以上のトレーラを有する複合車両の制動制御装置であ って、制動要求の関数として前記トレーラのブレーキの第1の制動圧力を発生す る電子式制動制御装置(1)と、前記制動要求の関数として前記トレーラのブレ ーキのための第2の制動圧力を発生する気圧式制動制御装置(4)と、前記第1 および第2の制動圧力を受け入れ、それらの大きい方を前記トレーラのブレーキ に伝達するトレーラ制御バルブ(3)とを有し、前記電子式制動制御装置(1) が誤動作した場合に前記第2の制動圧力を前記トレーラ制御バルブ(3)に伝達 するストップ・バルブ(6)が前記気圧式制動制御装置(4)とトレーラ制御装 置(3)の間に結合されていることを特徴とする制動制御装置。 2. 前記ストップ・バルブ(6)が、静止位置において開き作動位置におい て閉じていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の制動制御装置。 3. 前記電子式制動制御装置(1)が、前記ストップ・バルブを起動するた めに制御信号を発生する監視装置(14)を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲 第2項に記載の制動制御装置。 4. 前記監視装置(14)が、前記電子式制動制御装置(1)が正常動作し ているか否か監視し、正常動作している間は前記ストップバルブ(6)を閉じた 作動位置にする電気信号を発生し、前記電子式制動制御装置(1)が誤動作して いれば前記監視装置(14)がその出力信号をオフし、これによって前記ストッ プ・バルブ(6)が開いた静止位置に切り換えられることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第3項に記載の制動制御装置。 5. 前記第1の制動圧力が、前記トレーラの重量の関数として修正されるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から4項のいずれかに記載の制動制御装置。 6. 前記第1の制動圧力が、制動要求および前記トレーラの重量に比例する ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載の制動制御装置。 7. 前記第1の制動圧力が前記第2の制動圧力未満であることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1から第6項のいずれかに記載の制動制御装置。
