Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 炭化水素の芳香族への転化方法において、前記炭化水素の装填材料を、前 記の転化に適切な温度及び圧力の下で触媒と接触させることからなり、該触媒が 、 ・0から100重量%のη遷移アルミナからなり、100%とする残りの重量% がγ遷移アルミナであるマトリックス、 ・アルカリ及びアルカリ土類金属からなる群より選択される少なくとも一のドー ピング金属、 ・フッ素、塩素、臭素及びヨウ素からなる群より選択される少なくとも一のハロ ゲン、 ・白金族より選択される少なくとも一の貴金属、 ・ゲルマニウム、インジウム、ガリウム、タリウム、アンチモン、鉛、レニウム 、マンガン、クロム、モリブデン及びタングステンより選択される少なくとも一 の助触媒金属 を含み、前記触媒を、水蒸気を含む気体環境下で、300から1000℃にて熱 水処理を受けることを特徴とする方法。 2. 触媒のマトリックスが、3から70重量%のη遷移アルミナを含むことを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 触媒が、触媒に対する重量%で表して、 ・アルカリ及びアルカリ土類金属からなる群より選択される少なくとも一のドー ピング金属を0.001から8%、 ・フッ素、塩素、臭素及びヨウ素からなる群より選択される少なくとも一のハロ ゲンを0.1から15%、 ・白金族より選択される少なくとも一の貴金属を0.01から2.00%、 ・ゲルマニウム、インジウム、ガリウム、タリウム、アンチモン、鉛、レニウム 、マンガン、クロム、モリブデン及びタングステンより選択される少なくとも一 の助触媒金属を0.05から10.00% を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 4. 触媒のハロゲン含量が、0.2から10重量%である請求項1から3のい ずれか一項に記載の方法。 5. 触媒の貴金属の全含量が0.1から0.8%である請求項1から3のいず れか一項に記載の方法。 6. 触媒の助触媒金属が、スズ、ゲルマニウム、インジウム、アンチモン、鉛 、タリウム、ガリウムからなる群より選択される請求項1から5のいずれか一項 に記載の方法。 7. 触媒の助触媒金属が、スズである請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の 方法。 8. 触媒の助触媒金属が、レニウム、マンガン、クロム、モリブデン、タング ステン、インジウム及びタリウムからなる群より選択される請求項1から5のい ずれか一項に記載の方法。 9. 触媒の助触媒金属が、レニウムである請求項8に記載の方法。 10. 触媒のドービング金属が、カリウム及び/またはマグネシウムであるこ とを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 11. 触媒のハロゲンが、塩素である請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載 の方法。 12. 触媒の貴金属が、白金であることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれ か一項に記載の方法。 13. 前記熱水処理が、400から700℃の温度で行われることを特徴とす る請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 14. 前記熱水処理が、1分間から30時間行われることを特徴とする請求項 1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 15. 前記熱水処理が、1時間から10時間行われることを特徴とする請求項 14に記載の方法。 16. 前記熱水処理が、水をモル含量で0.05から100%含有する気体環 境下で行われることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法 。 17. 前記の環境に、モル含量で20%の少なくとも一のハロゲンが含まれる ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。 18. 前記ハロゲンが、塩素であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法 。 19. 炭化水素の装填材料が、パラフィン、ナフテン及び、5から12の炭素 原子を有する芳香族炭化水素を含み、この装填材料を、環境圧力から4MPaに渡 る圧力の下、400から700℃の温度で触媒と接触させることを特徴とする請 求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 20. 圧力が、1から2MPaであることを特徴とする請求項3、8及び19に 記載の方法。 21. 圧力が、0.1から0.9MPaであることを特徴とする請求項3、6及 び19に記載の方法。 22. 炭化水素装填材料と触媒との接触が、触媒1kgにつき、また1時間につ き、装填材料を0.1から10kgで大量フローさせることで行われることを特徴 とする請求項19から21のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 23. 炭化水素の転化が、改質操作である請求項1から22のいずれか一項に 記載の方法。
