Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.主蝶番を具備しないで少なくとも2つの蝶番部分と該蝶番部分を連結する 連結アームとを具備する弾性蝶番装置において、連続して配置されそれぞれが少 なくとも2つの連結要素(5)を具備する1つ又は複数の傾斜段部(1)を有し 、連結要素の各々が堅い圧縮要素(2)と引張りに対して弾性の引張り要素(3 )とを具備し、圧縮要素と引張り要素の各々が蝶着された連結部を介して中間部 材(20)に又は直接蝶番部分(24,25)に取付けられかつ少なくとも1つの結合 された押圧要素(4)により実質的に剪断に対し抵抗するよう配置されているこ とを特徴とする弾性蝶番装置。 2.中間部材(20)と傾斜段部(1)が開いた位置と閉じた位置とにおいて実 質的に応力が生じないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蝶番装置。 3.傾斜段部(1)の圧縮要素(2)と引張り要素(3)とが相互に対し平行 に配置され、圧縮要素(2)と引張り要素(3)とによって区画形成された各平 面が相互に離間していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の蝶番装置。 4.各場合に、2つの連結要素(5)が主運動平面に対し平行に配設された蝶 番軸線(11)を介して回動自在に相互に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項 1から3のうちの1項に記載の蝶番装置。 5.圧縮要素(2)と引張り要素(3)の端部個所によって区画形成された線 により形成された角度Φが次の式に従う値 ここでωは蝶番の平面図で、それぞれの場合に1つの圧縮要素(2 )と引張要素(3)とにより区画形成された平面への2つの直角な線の間の投影 された角度、γは傾斜段部の開き角度、 を有していることを特徴とする前記各請求項のうちの1項に記載の蝶番装置。 6.圧縮要素(2)と引張り要素(3)とが相互に対して、各開いた位置で移 動可能で主運動平面に対し直角に配置された対称の平面が圧縮要素(2)と引張 り要素(3)についてのそれ自身に対する対称の平面を形成するように、配置さ れていることを特徴とする前記各請求項のうちの1項に記載の蝶番装置。 7.押圧要素(4)が、圧縮要素(2)と引張り要素(3)とをその全長にわ たって連結する剪断抵抗膜であるように構成されていることを特徴とする前記各 請求項のうちの1項に記載の蝶番装置。 8.押圧要素(4)が細長い薄いフィルム部分(10.1)を介して中間部材(2 )に連結され、圧縮要素(2)に直接連結することなく引張り要素(3)に連結 していることを特徴とする前記各請求項のうちの1項に記載の蝶番装置。 9.傾斜段部(1)の圧縮要素(2)が実質的に堅く相互に連結されているこ とを特徴とする前記各請求項のうちの1項に記載の蝶番装置。 10.複数の傾斜段部(2)が相互に連結されることにより蝶番装置がその傾斜 段部の数と同じ数の応力のない状態を有し、各場合に2つの前記状態の間に死点 が位置し、蝶番要素が各場合前記死点を越えて次の隣接する応力のない状態を自 動的かつ弾性的に形成することを特徴とする前記各請求項のうちの1項に記載の 蝶番装置。 11.一部材の射出成形されたプラスチック閉鎖手段としての前記各請求項のう ちの1項に記載の蝶番装置の使用。
