Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.基板に、配向層および少なくとも1個の共有結合した反応性基を有するモノ マーを含有する物質の光学的異方性層を順次に設け、その後前記光学的異方性層 を重合させることにより、光学素子を製造するに当り、 前記被着している配向層も共有結合した反応性基を有する、ことを特徴とす る光学素子の製造方法。 2.前記反応性基として、放射に曝すことによって重合する(メタ)アクリレー ト化合物を使用する、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記配向層として、共有結合した反応性基を有するポリイミドを主成分とす るものを使用する、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.基板としてガラス板を使用し、前記基板と前記配向層との間にオルガノシラ ン化合物をベースとする接着層を設ける、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいず れか一つの項に記載の方法。 5.前記オルガノシラン化合物が少なくとも1個の(メタ)アクリレート基を有 する、ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。 6.請求項1〜5のいずれか一つの項に記載の方法によって製造した、ことを特 徴とする偏光感知ビームスプリッタ。 7.請求項1〜5のいずれか一つの項に記載の方法によって製造した、ことを特 徴とするコレステリックフィルタ。
