Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.改良された強度および耐加熱撓み性を有する製品を成形するためのポリ マー複合材料であって、 ・部分結晶性および部分非晶質ポリアリールエーテルケトンポリマー、 ・該成形品に強度および剛性を与えるための強化用繊維充填材、 ・ポリアリールエーテルケトンポリマーの非晶質部分を不動化して、高温で追 加の剛性および依存的寸法安定性を与えるための非熱可塑性不動化用充填材、 ・該複合材料の少なくとも40容量%を形成し且つ該成形品の264psiで の加熱撓み温度を該ポリアリールエーテルケトンポリマーの結晶融解温度の20 ℃以内まで上昇させる前記強化用繊維および前記不動化用充填材 を含むポリマー複合材料。 2.ポリアリールエーテルケトンが、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルエ ーテルケトン、ポリエーテルケトンエーテルケトンケトン、ポリエーテルエーテ ルケトンケトンおよびポリエーテルケトンケトンから成る群より選択される請求 項1に記載の複合材料。 3.強化用繊維充填材が、ガラス繊維および炭素繊維から成る群より選択さ れる請求項1に記載の複合材料。 4.不動化用充填材が、雲母、グラファイトフレークおよびテレフタル酸カ ルシウムから成る群より選択される請求項1に記載の複合材料。 5.不動化用充填材が200μm以下の寸法を有する請求項4に記載の複合 材料。 6.強化用繊維の容量百分率が25%を越えない請求項1に記載の複合材料 。 7.固体潤滑性充填材を更に含む請求項1に記載の複合材料。 8.固体潤滑剤が、グラファイト、二硫化モリブデンまたは微粉形態の窒化 ホウ素から成る群より選択される請求項7に記載の複合材料。 9.強化用繊維および不動化用繊維によって占められる全容積含有率が40 〜60%である請求項1に記載の複合材料。 10.複合材料が、430℃において10,000l/秒で8500ポアズ未 満の溶融粘度を有する請求項1に記載の複合材料。 11.均一混合物から成形された、改良された強度および耐加熱撓み性を有す る成形品であって、 ・部分結晶性および部分非晶質ポリアリールエーテルケトンポリマー、 ・強度および剛性を与える強化用繊維充填材であって、該製品の25容量%未 満含まれる充填材、 ・ポリアリールエーテルケトンポリマーの非晶質部分を不動化するための非熱 可塑性不動化用充填材であって、該製品の少なくとも15容量%を形成し且つ2 64psiでの加熱撓み温度を該ポリアリールエーテルケトンポリマーの結晶融 解温度の20℃以内まで上昇させる該強化用繊維および該不動化用充填材 を含む成形品。 12.ポリアリールエーテルケトンが、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルエ ーテルケトン、ポリエーテルケトンエーテルケトンケトン、ポリエーテルエーテ ルケトンケトンおよびポリエーテルケトンケトンから成る群より選択される請求 項11に記載の複合材料。 13.強化用繊維充填材が、ガラス繊維および炭素繊維から成る群より選択さ れる請求項11に記載の複合材料。 14.不動化用充填材が、雲母、グラファイトフレークおよびテレフタル酸カ ルシウムから成る群より選択される請求項11に記載の複合材料。 15.不動化用充填材が200μm以下の寸法を有する請求項11に記載の複 合材料。 16.固体潤滑性充填材を更に含む請求項11に記載の複合材料。 17.固体潤滑剤が、グラファイト粉末、二硫化モリブデンおよび窒化ホウ素 から成る群より選択される請求項16に記載の複合材料。 18.強化用繊維および不動化用充填材の容積百分率が40〜60%である請 求項11に記載の複合材料。 19.複合材料が、430℃において1000l/秒で10,000未満の溶 融粘度を有する請求項11に記載の複合材料。
