Abstract

Claims (15)
- アルミニウム層と、
前記アルミニウム層に隣接するガラス複合層と、
前記ガラス複合層に隣接するとともに、前記アルミニウム層の反対側に位置する炭素複合層と、を含み、
前記ガラス複合層は、1つ以上のガラス繊維強化熱可塑性プリプレグ層を含み、前記炭素複合層は、1つ以上の炭素繊維強化熱可撓性プリプレグ層を含む、積層構造体。 - 前記アルミニウム層は、前記構造体に一体型の電磁効果(EME)導電性を付与するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記アルミニウム層は、前記アルミニウム層におけるアルミニウムの降伏強度に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、冷却後の残留熱応力を低減するように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記ガラス複合層は、前記アルミニウム層と前記炭素複合層との間の相互作用によるガルバニック腐食を防止するように構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の積層構造体。
- 前記ガラス複合層は、冷却中における前記アルミニウム層と前記炭素複合層との間の熱収縮の差に起因する、冷却後の残留熱応力を低減するように構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の積層構造体。
- 前記1つ以上のガラス繊維強化熱可塑性プリプレグ層は、熱可塑性樹脂を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の積層構造体。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)又はポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)を含む、請求項6に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記1つ以上の炭素繊維強化熱可撓性プリプレグ層は、熱可塑性樹脂を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の積層構造体。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)又はポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)を含む、請求項8に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記1つ以上のガラス繊維強化熱可塑性プリプレグ層は、第1熱可塑性樹脂を含み、前記1つ以上の炭素繊維強化熱可撓性プリプレグ層は、第2熱可塑性樹脂を含み、前記第1熱可塑性樹脂は、前記第2熱可塑性樹脂と同一である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の積層構造体。
- 第1アルミニウム層と、
前記第1アルミニウム層に隣接する第1ガラス複合層と、
前記第1ガラス複合層に隣接するとともに、前記第1アルミニウム層の反対側に位置する第1炭素複合層と、
前記第1炭素複合層に隣接するとともに、前記第1ガラス複合層の反対側に位置する第2ガラス複合層と、を含み、
前記第1ガラス複合層は、1つ以上の第1ガラス繊維強化熱可塑性プリプレグ層を含み、前記第1炭素複合層は、1つ以上の第1炭素繊維強化熱可撓性プリプレグ層を含む、積層体。 - 前記第2ガラス複合層は、1つ以上の第2ガラス繊維強化熱可塑性プリプレグ層を含む、請求項11に記載の積層構造体。
- さらに、前記第2ガラス複合層に隣接するとともに、前記第1炭素複合層の反対側に位置する第2炭素複合層を含む、請求項11又は12に記載の積層構造体。
- 前記第2炭素複合層は、1つ以上の第2炭素繊維強化熱可撓性プリプレグ層を含む、請求項13に記載の積層構造体。
- さらに、前記第2ガラス複合層に隣接するとともに、前記第1炭素複合層の反対側に位置する第2アルミニウム層を含む、請求項11〜14のいずれか1つに記載の積層構造体。
