Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a)(i)少なくとも1種のポリジオルガノシロキサンジアミン、または少な くとも1種のポリジオルガノシロキサンジアミンと少なくとも1種の有機ポリアミ ンとの混合物を含む、少なくとも1種のポリアミンと、(ii)少なくとも1種のポリ イソシアネートとの反応生成物を有し、アミンに対するイソシアネートのモル比 が0.9:1〜0.95:1の間または1.05:1〜約1.3:1の間であるポリジオルガノシロキサ ンポリ尿素セグメントコポリマーと、(b)シリケート樹脂とを含む粘着付与組成 物。 2. (a)(i)少なくとも1種のポリジオルガノシロキサンジアミン、または少な くとも1種のポリジオルガノシロキサンジアミンと少なくとも1種の有機アミンと の混合物を含む、少なくとも1種のポリアミンと、(ii)少なくとも1種のポリイソ シアネートとの反応生成物を有するポリジオルガノシロキサンポリ尿素セグメン トコポリマーを含む粘着付与組成物であって、内部粘度が少なくとも0.8dL/gで あるかまたは一般的な有機溶剤に本質的に不溶である粘着付与組成物。 3. 前記ポリジオルガノシロキサンポリ尿素セグメントコポリマーは、以下の 繰り返し単位で表され、 ここで、 Rは各々独立に、炭素数約1〜12でトリフルオロアルキルまたはビニル基、ビニ ルラジカルまたは式-R2(CH2)aCH=CH2(ここで、R2は-(CH2)b-または-(CH2)cCH=C H-、aは1、2または3、bは0、3または6、cは3、4または5である)で表される高級 アルケニルラジカルで置換されていてもよいアルキル部分、炭素数約6〜12で、 アルキル、フルオロアルキルおよびビニル基で置換されていてもよいシクロアル キル部分、または好ましくは炭素数約6〜20で、アルキル、シクロアルキル、フ ルオロアルキルおよびビニル基で置換されていてもよいアリール部分であるか、 またはRはパーフルオロアルキル基、フッ素含有基またはパーフルオロエーテル 含有基であり、 Zは各々、炭素数約6〜20のアリーレンラジカルまたはアラルキレンラジカル、 炭素数約6〜20のアルキレンまたはシクロアルキレンラジカルである多価ラジカ ルであり、 Yは各々独立に、炭素数1〜10のアルキレンラジカル、アラルキレンラジカルま たは炭素数6〜20のアリーレンラジカルである多価ラジカルであり、 Dは各々、水素、炭素数1〜10のアルキルラジカル、フェニルおよびBまたはYを 含む環構造を完成してヘテロ環を形成するラジカルからなる群から選択され、 Bは、アルキレン、アラルキレン、シクロアルキレン、フェニレン、ポリアル キレンオキシド、これらのコポリマーおよびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択 される多価ラジカルであり、 mは0〜約100の数であり、 nは1以上の数であり、 pは約10以上の数である 請求項1に記載の粘着付与組成物。 4. Rは、R部分の少なくとも50%がメチルラジカルであり、残りが一価アルキ ルまたは炭素数1〜12の置換アルキルラジカル、アルケニレ ンラジカル、フェニルラジカルまたは置換フェニルラジカルである請求項3に記 載の粘着付与組成物。 5. Zは、2,6-トリレン、4,4'-メチレンジフェニレン、3,3'-ジメトキシ-4,4' -ビフェニレン、テトラメチル-m-キシリレン、4,4'-メチレンジシクロヘキシレ ン、3,5,5-トリメチル-3-メチレンシクロヘキシレン、1,6-ヘキサメチレン、1,4 -シクロヘキシレン、2,2,4-トリメチルヘキシレンおよびこれらの混合物である 請求項3に記載の粘着付与組成物。 6. シリケート樹脂は、トリオルガノシロキシ単位およびSiO4/2単位を有する MQ樹脂、R3SiO1/2単位、SiO1/2単位およびR2SiO2/2単位を有するMQD樹脂(ここ で、Rは炭素数1〜4のアルキルラジカルの混合物である)、R3SiO1/2単位、SiO4/ 2 単位およびRSiO3単位を有するMQT樹脂(ここで、Rは炭素数1〜4のアルキルラジ カルの混合物である)である請求項1に記載の粘着付与組成物。 7. 剛性を有する少なくとも1つの支持体と、請求項1または請求項2記載の粘 着付与組成物を含む少なくとも1つの層とを備え、前記粘着付与組成物は前記支 持体に固定されている制振連結層構成体。 8. 請求項1または請求項2記載の組成物が表面にコーティングされた可撓性の 支持体を備える制振複合体。 9. 少なくとも2つの堅固な部材と請求項1または請求項2記載の粘着付与組成 物とを含む双方向制振連結層構成体であって、堅固な部材の各々は他の堅固な部 材の互いに近接して至近距離に配置された広い面を有し、前記粘着付与組成物は 至近距離に配置された堅固な部材間に保持されて前記部材に接着されている双方 向制振連結層構成体。 10. 可撓性支持体と、前記可撓性支持体にコーティングされた請求項1または 請求項2記載の粘着付与組成物とを備える感圧接着剤塗工品。 11. 舗装マーキング指示用として有用な上面と請求項1または請求項2記載の粘 着付与組成物の下面とを有するベース層を備える舗装マーカー。 12. 請求項1または請求項2記載の粘着付与組成物を備える防食構成体であって 、金属表面の腐食を防止し、3%NaCl水溶液中にて3週間腐 食環境に曝露した後に電気化学インピーダンス分光分析法によって測定したフィ ルム表面抵抗率が1MΩ/cm2である防食構成体。 13. 金属表面の腐食を防止する、請求項1または請求項2記載の粘着付与ポリジ オルガノシロキサンポリ尿素セグメントコポリマーを有する塗工品であって、3 %NaCl水溶液中にて3週間腐食環境に曝露した後に電気化学インピーダンス分光 分析法によって測定したフィルム表面抵抗率が1MΩ/cm2である塗工品。 14. 請求項1または請求項2記載の粘着付与ポリジオルガノシロキサンポリ尿素 セグメントコポリマーを有するヒートシュリンクチューブ。 15. 支持体と、請求項1または請求項2記載の粘着付与ポリジオルガノシロキサ ンポリ尿素セグメントコポリマーの層とを有する医療用テープ構成体。 16. 経皮薬剤輸送装置である請求項15に記載の医療用テープ構成体。 17. 請求項1または請求項2記載の粘着付与ポリジオルガノシロキサンポリ尿素 セグメントコポリマーを含むホットメルト接着剤。 18. (a) 少なくとも1種のポリイソシアネートと、少なくとも1種のポリジオ ルガノシロキサンジアミン、または少なくとも1種のポリジオルガノシロキサン ジアミンと少なくとも1種の有機アミンとの混合物を有する少なくとも1種のポリ アミンと、少なくとも1種のシリケート樹脂とを含む反応物を反応器に連続的に 提供するステップと、 (b) 前記反応物を実質的に無溶剤条件下で混合するステップと、 (c) 前記反応物を反応させ、ポリジオルガノシロキサンポリ尿素セグメント コポリマーを形成するステップと、 (d) 前記コポリマーを反応器から排出するステップと、を含む粘着付与ポリ ジオルガノシロキサンポリ尿素セグメントコポリマーを生成するための方法。
