Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.マークの形状にレーザー光を用いて物体の表面を照射することにより、着色 マークを持つ物体を製造する方法において、少なくともマークが付けられるとこ ろの領域において、該物体は、レーザー光の作用下に色彩形成能を失うところの 少なくとも三つの色彩形成成分を含むプラスチック組成物から成り、該三つの色 彩形成成分が、400〜700ナノメーターの間の全ての波長において入射光量 の少なくとも一部が吸収されるように選ばれかつそのような濃度で存在し、かつ 一つ又はそれ以上の色彩がマークのために選ばれ、続いてレーザー光の波長が、 選ばれた色彩に依存するところの値に設定され、そして続いて、物体の表面が該 レーザー光により照射されるところの方法。 2.該方法が、調節可能な波長を持つレーザー装置により実行されることを特徴 とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.物体の表面が、少なくとも三つの異なる波長においてレーザー光により照射 されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4.プラスチック組成物がレーザー光線の作用下に色彩形成能を失うところの色 彩形成成分のみを含み、かつ色彩形成成分が一つの単独の吸収帯を持つことを特 徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 5.色彩形成成分及びそれらの濃度が、400〜700ナノメーターの間の波長 当りの吸収される光量が20%より 多くない差で互いに異なるように選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいず れか一つに記載の方法。 6.400〜700ナノメーターの間の波長当りの吸収される光量が5%より多 くない差で互いに異なることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の 方法。 7.プラスチック組成物が、主要な色彩がイエローであるところの光を反射する 第一の色彩形成成分、主要な色彩がマゼンタであるところの光を反射する第二の 色彩形成成分及び主要な色彩がシアンであるところの光を反射する第三の色彩形 成成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 8.色彩感応成分の漂白効率が20%より多くない差で互いに異なることを特徴 とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 9.少なくとも一つの表面が請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載のプラスチック 組成物から成るところの情報保持体であって、該表面の少なくとも50%が一つ 又はそれ以上のマークで覆われている情報保持体。 10.請求項9記載の情報保持体に加工されるところの物体。
