Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)非炭素質金属フッ化物をプラズマに供して、金属フッ化物を金属と 反応性弗素の気体混合物に解離させ、 (b)この気体混合物を、気体混合物中の金属が、非炭素質の場合、凝縮する 温度より高い温度で粒状炭素と良く接触させて流し、これによって該反応性弗素 と該炭素を互いに反応させて、テトラフルオロエチレンへの気体前駆体を生成さ せ、そして (c)該気体前駆体を急冷して気体テトラフルオロエチレンを製造する、 ことを含んでなる、テロラフルオロエチレンの製造法。 2.該プラズマの温度が少なくとも3500℃である、請求の範囲1の方法。 3.金属フッ化物がフッ化ケイ素、フッ化カルシウム、またはフッ化ナトリウ ムである、請求の範囲1の方法。 4.該気体金属を、気体テトラフルオロエチレンまたはその前駆体から液体と してまたは固体として除去する、請求の範囲1の方法。 5.プラズマを不活性な気体から生成させ、このプラズマが火炎部分を有し、 そして金属フッ化物を該火炎中に供給して、プラズマに供する、請求の範囲1の 方法。 6.該工程(b)の炭素が、続いて反応性弗素とCOの組み合わせ物と反応し て該テトラフルオロエチレンへの前駆体及びCOを生成する、請求の範囲1の方 法及び更にCOを該プラズマに供して、該組み合わせ物を生成せしめる方法。 7.請求の範囲6の方法及び更に該プラズマ中での該炭素と該組み合 わせ物との反応から得られるCOを再循環させる方法。 8.該炭素及び該反応性弗素間の反応温度が該プラズマの温度より低い、請求 の範囲1の方法。 9.該粒状炭素が床の形をしており、気体混合物を該床中に通し、そして更に 該床を、それが該反応性弗素との反応で消費されるにつれて粒状炭素で補充する 、請求の範囲1の方法。 10.(a)反応室を規定するための手段、 (b)プラズマを該反応室の一端で生成させるための手段、 (c)粒状反応物を該反応室の他端に含有させる手段、 (d)気体を該プラズマ中に流し、それをプラズマとして該反応室中へ及び該 室の反対側の端へ向かって拡大させて、該通流気体及び該粒状反応物間の接触を 与えるための手段、但し該粒状反応物を支持し且つ通流気体を通流させて、該反 応室から流出させるための有孔手段を含む該手段、そして (e)該有孔手段を通った該通流気体を受けて、該気体を急冷するための手段 、 を含んでなる化学反応器。
