Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.繊維性の、炭素含有支持体の片面又は両面の実質的に全面に可燃性材料層が 蒸着され、該層が、使用時に、それが蒸着した全表面を実質的に同時に点火でき ることを特徴とするピロテクニック材料。 2.支持体の炭素含量が20g/m2〜400g/m2である請求の範囲第1項記 載のピロテクニック材料。 3.支持体の炭素含量が50g/m2〜150g/m2である請求の範囲第2項記 載のピロテクニック材料。 4.支持体が繊維の硬化層を含む請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれかに記載のピロ テクニック材料。 5.支持体が炭素織物から形成される請求の範囲第4項記載のピロテクニック材 料。 6.炭素織物が炭化レーヨン織物である請求の範囲第5項記載のピロテクニック 材料。 7.可燃性材料層が5μm〜200μmの厚さである請求の範囲第1項〜第6項 のいずれかに記載のピロテクニック材料。 8.可燃性材料層が20μm〜80μmの厚さである請求の範囲第7項に記載の ピロテクニック材料。 9.可燃性材料層が、マグネシウム、アルミニウム、ホウ素、ベリリウム、カル シウム、ストロンチウム、バリウム、ナトリウム、リチウム及びジルコニウムか らなる群より選ばれる金属を有する可燃性金属材料を含む請求の範囲第1項〜第 8項のいずれかに記載のピロテクニック材料。 10.可燃性材料層が40μm〜60μmの厚さのマグネシウム層を含む請求の範 囲第9項記載のピロテクニック材料。 11.更に、可燃性材料層の露出した表面上に蒸着した反応性の低い金属の層を含 む請求の範囲第9項又は10項記載のピロテクニック材料。 12.反応性の低い金属層が、0.1μm〜10μmの厚さのチタン又はアルミニ ウムの層からなる請求の範囲第11項記載のピロテクニック材料。 13.反応性の低い金属層の厚さが1μm未満である請求の範囲第11項記載のピロ テクニック材料。 14.更に、前記材料が支持体上に蒸着した酸化物を含む請求の範囲第1項〜第13 項記載のピロテクニック材料。 15.酸化物が水溶性の無機塩である請求の範囲第14項記載のピロテクニック材料 。 16.本明細書に実質的に記載され、添付図面に実質的に描かれたピロテクニック 材料。
