Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 中空要素を洗浄する洗浄装置であって、前記中空要素を通過させられ る洗浄流体の脈動フローを提供する手段と、同時に、前記洗浄流体に超音波を提 供する手段とを備える洗浄装置。 2. 前記洗浄流体の脈動周波数が、ゼロから300Hzの間の範囲である 、請求項1に記載の洗浄装置。 3. 前記超音波の周波数が、約15kHzよりも大きい、請求項1或いは 2の内の何れか一項に記載の洗浄装置。 4. 前記超音波周波数が、約30kHzよりも大きい、請求項1或いは2 の内の何れか一項に記載の洗浄装置。 5. 前記超音波周波数が、30から36kHzの間の範囲である、請求項 1或いは2の内の何れか一項に記載の洗浄装置。 6. 前記洗浄流体が、線形又はピストン・ポンプによって脈動させられて いる、請求項1乃至5の内の何れか一項に記載の洗浄装置。 7. 前記洗浄流体を収容するタンクを更に備える、請求項1乃至6の内の 何れか一項に記載の洗浄装置。 8. 前記タンク内の前記洗浄流体を前記脈動フロー提供手段へ供給する手 段と、該脈動フロー提供手段から前記中空要素へ前記洗浄流体を供給する手段と を更に備える、請求項7に記載の洗浄装置。 9. 前記洗浄流体に対して、1つ或いはそれ以上の変換器によって超音波 が印加される、請求項7或いは8の内の何れか一項に記載の洗浄装置。 10. 前記変換器が、前記タンクの縁部に隣接して配置されている、請求項 9に記載の洗浄装置。 11. 前記変換器が、前記タンクの外側に配置されている、請求項9に記載 の洗浄装置。 12. 前記変換器が、周波数発生器からの超音波周波数信号の提供を受けて いる、請求項9乃至11の内の何れか一項に記載の洗浄装置。 13. 前記洗浄流体が、洗浄剤及び/或いは殺菌剤を含有している、請求項 1乃至12の内の何れか一項に記載の洗浄装置。 14. 前記中空要素が医療用器械である、請求項1乃至13の内の何れか一 項に記載の洗浄装置。 15. 前記中空要素が套管である、請求項1乃至14の内の何れか一項に記 載の洗浄装置。 16. 中空要素を洗浄する洗浄方法であって、洗浄流体の脈動フローを前記 中空要素中に通過させるステップと、同時に、前記洗浄流体に対して超音波を印 加するステップとの諸ステップを含む洗浄方法。
