Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 単離精製されたアポパイン又はその機能性誘導体。 2. 組換え宿主により認識される転写終結配列を含まない、請求項1に記載の アポパインをコードする合成DNA分子。 3. 請求項1に記載の精製されたアポパインに対する抗体。 4. アポパインを調節する化合物を同定する方法であって、 (a)テスト化合物とアポパインを含む溶液とを混合して混合物を形成すること ; (b)混合物中のアポパイン活性を測定すること;及び (c)混合物中のアポパイン活性を標準と比較することを含む方法。 5. 請求項4に記載の方法により同定された化合物。 6. 請求項5に記載の化合物を含む医薬組成物。 7. 請求項1に記載のアポパイン、請求項1に記載のアポパインに対する抗体 、請求項1に記載のアポパインをコードする合成DNA及び請求項1に記載のア ポパインを コードする合成DNAから誘導されたアンチセンス分子から選択される試薬を含 むキット。 8. 請求項5に記載の化合物を動物に投与することを含む、in vivoで アポパイン活性を変化させる方法。 9. 請求項2に記載のDNAのin vivo又はexvivo遺伝子移植を 含む、遺伝子治療によりアポパイン活性を変化させる方法。 10. アポパイン活性を増大又は低下させることを含む、アポパイン活性が変 化していることを特徴とする症状の治療を要する動物を治療する方法。 11. 前記症状が、アルツハイマー病、パーキンソン病、癌、老化、脱毛症、 心血管又は神経の損傷、感染症、自己免疫疾患及び免疫不全症候群から選択され る、請求項10に記載の方法。 12. アポパインをコードするDNAを増大又は減少させることを含む、アポ パイン活性が変化していることを特徴とする症状の治療を要する動物を治療する 方法。 13. 前記症状が、アルツハイマー病、パーキンソン病、癌、老化、脱毛症、 心血管又は神経の損傷、感染症、自己免疫疾患及び免疫不全症候群から選択され る、請求項1 2に記載の方法。 14. 請求項2に記載のDNA分子から誘導されたアンチセンス分子。
