Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 下記1)〜3)の工程を含んでなる陰極電着法。 1)水性媒体中に下記A)及びB)を含んでなる塗料組成物中に導電性基材を浸 漬する工程、 A)複数の、酸で塩とされた第1級アミン基を有する樹脂、および B)少なくとも1個のポリエーテル部分および複数の環状カーボネート基を含 んでなる硬化剤、 2)陽極および導電性基材の間に電流のポテンシャルを印加する工程、および 3)基材を塗料組成物から取り出す工程。 2. 樹脂(A)がエポキシ樹脂である、請求項1に記載の電着法。 3. 樹脂(A)が、酸で塩とされた、下記a)およびb)の生成物である、 請求項1または2に記載の電着法。 a)ポリエポキシド樹脂、および b)第2級アミン基および少なくとも1個の、ケチミンでブロックされた潜 在的な第1級アミン基を含んでなる化合物。 4. ポリエポキシド樹脂が、ポリフェノールのポリグリシジルエーテルであ る、請求項3に記載の電着法。 5. 化合物(b)が、1個の第2級アミン基および2個の、ケチミンでブロ ックされた潜在的な第1級アミン基を有する、請求項3または4に記載の電着法 。 6. エポキシ樹脂のエポキシ当量が500〜1900である、請求項2〜5 のいずれか1項に記載の電着法。 7. 樹脂(A)の第1級アミン当量が300〜3000である、請求項1〜 6のいずれか1項に記載の電着法。 8. 硬化剤(B)上の各環状カーボネート基がポリエーテル部分に付加して いる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電着法。 9. 硬化剤(B)が、少なくとも4個の環状カーボネート基を含んでなる、 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電着法。 10. 硬化剤(B)が、二酸化炭素と少なくとも1個のポリエーテル部分を 含んでなるポリエポキシドとの反応生成物である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項 に記載の電着法。 11. ポリエポキシドが、ポリオールとエピハロヒドリンとの反応生成物で ある、請求項10に記載の電着法。 12. ポリエポキシドがテトラエポキシドである、請求項10または11に 記載の電着法。 13. ポリエポキシド上の各エポキシド基がポリエーテル部分に付加してい る、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の電着。 14. 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法により被覆を電着した基 材を含んでなる製品。 15. 水性媒体中に、下記A)およびB)を含んでなる電着塗料組成物。 A)複数の、酸で塩とされた第1級アミン基を有する樹脂、および B)少なくとも1個のポリエーテル部分および複数の環状カーボネート基を含ん でなる硬化剤。
