Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 芳香族炭化水素または芳香族炭化水素混合物からオレフィンを除去するた めのものであり、酸活性化鉱土が少なくとも5mVal/100gの交換性Al3 陽イオンを含有することを特徴とする酸活性化スメクタイト鉱土に基づいた触 媒。 2. (a) 50ないし500m2/gの比表面積を備え; (b) 全体で20ないし60mVal/100gの交換性陽イオンのイオン交 換能力(IUF)を備え、ここでIUFにおけるAl3+イオンの比率が約10な いし60mVal/100g、IUFにおけるアルカリイオンの比率が約7.0 mVal/100g未満、IUFにおけるアルカリ土イオンの比率が約50mV al/100g未満となり; (c) 15mgKOH/gの総酸性度を有し; (d) 自由アルカリ土イオンまたはアルカリイオンの含有率が5mVal未満 であり; (e) 自由ケイ酸の含有率が約15ないし55重量%であることを特徴とする 請求項1記載の触媒。 3. 交換性のAl3+イオンの含有率が10ないし50mVal/100gとな ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒。 4. 交換性のAl3+イオンに加えて、自由なAl3+イオンをその表面、細孔内 および粒子間に含有する請求項1または2記載の触媒。 5. 約0.1mmより大きい粒子からなる請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載 の触媒。 6. 酸活性化されたスメクタイト原料をアルミニウム塩溶液で処理し、その量 を、交換性のAl3+イオンの含有率が少なくとも5mVal/100gにまで高 められるとともに、必要に応じてさらに一定割合の自由Al3+イオンが存在する ように設定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の触媒の製 造方法。 7. アルミニウム塩をIUFに対して1ないし5倍のモルの超過量で使用し、 Al3+イオンを一価または二価の陽イオンに対して交換し、さらに触媒を洗浄す る ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3または5のいずれかに記載の触媒の製造方法 。 8. Al3+イオンを濃縮した触媒を0.1mmより大きい粒子大からなる成形 体に変換することを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の方法。 9. 芳香族炭化水素または芳香族炭化水素混合物からオレフィンを除去するた めの請求項1ないし5記載、または請求項6ないし8のいずれかに記載の方法に よって製造された触媒の適用方法。
