Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.光源と、この光源から放射される光を情報が記録された情報層に集束する対 物レンズ系と、前記情報層からの光の通路内に配置され、検出信号を出力する光 に感応する検出系と、前記検出信号から第1および第2のフォーカスエラー信号 を形成する第1の電子回路とを具え、情報が記録された情報層を光学的に走査す る装置において、前記第1の電子回路に接続され、これから前記第1および第2 のフォーカスエラー信号を受け、これら第1および第2のフォーカスエラー信号 を合成して合成フォーカスエラー信号を形成し、この合成フォーカスエラー信号 における第1および第2のフォーカスエラー信号のウェイトが、情報層に対する 対物レンズ系の光軸方向の位置の変化に応じて徐々に変化するようにした第2の 電子回路を具えることを特徴とする光学的走査装置。 2.前記第1および第2のフォーカスエラー信号の合成を直線的な合成とする請 求項1に記載の光学的走査装置。 3.前記第1の電子回路を、情報層に記録された情報を表す情報信号を形成する ように動作させ、第1および第2のフォーカスエラー信号のウェイトを情報信号 の大きさによって決めるようにした請求項1に記載の光学的走査装置。 4.前記第1の電子回路が、前記検出信号の高周波成分を用いて前記第1のフォ ーカスエラー信号を形成するように検出信号の少なくとも1つを濾波する高域通 過フィルタを具えるとともに前記検出信号の低域成分を用いて前記第2のフォー カスエラー信号を形成するように前記少なくとも1つの検出信号の低域成分を濾 波する低域通過フィルタを具える請求項1、2または3に記載の光学的走査装置 。
