凹陥部を上部に有し且つ該凹陥部に嵌入される配力筋の
軸線方向に所定の間隔を隔てて配置された複数の配力筋
配置治具と、主筋に対して交差する方向へ略水平に移動
可能な主筋配筋用台車と、該主筋配筋用台車に搭載され
且つ前記の主筋配置治具の凹陥部へ主筋を供給する主筋
送給機構と、配力筋に対して交差する方向へ略水平に移
動可能な配力筋配筋用台車と、該配力筋配筋用台車に搭
載され且つ前記の配力筋配置治具の凹陥部へ配力筋を供
給する配力筋送給機構と、主筋配置治具及び配力筋配置
治具の上面に沿って移動可能な結束機移動用台車と、該
結束機移動用台車に搭載され且つ互いに交差する主筋と
配力筋とを結束する結束機とを備えてなることを特徴と
