Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sufficiently cooling of a glass plate mounted on a grill door by forming an opening communicating with a space sandwiched by a grill pan and an upper plate to receive water poured near the end rim in front of the grill pan to guide steam generated by the evaporation of water in the space to the glass plate through the opening. SOLUTION: When an upper plate 3 is set on a grill pan 2 from above, a space sandwiched by the grill pan 2 and the upper plate 3 is formed and communicates with outside through a front opening 33 and a rear opening so that the space is filled with water by pouring the water from at least one of the front opening 33 and the rear opening. When a cooking on a grill begins, the water in the space sandwiched by the grill pan 2 and the upper plate 3 is heated to rise in temperature and boils up a specified time later. The steam exhausted from the front opening 33 is discharged forward and reaches a glass plate of a grill door through an opening 14b bored in a front leg plate 14a of a grill 14 to cool the glass plate.

In the above-mentioned conventional apparatus for cooling a glass plate by the outside air sucked into the grill storage, the outside air is sucked by the negative pressure due to the exhaust from the grill storage, so that the suction is not so vigorously performed. . On the other hand, if the outside air suction speed is low, the air is mixed with the hot air in the grill storage before reaching the glass plate, and the cooling effect is impaired. Furthermore, the heat transfer coefficient between the glass sheet and the outside air increases as the flow of the outside air to the glass sheet increases, but the heat transfer coefficient of the conventional apparatus is low because the flow rate of the outside air is low, and the glass sheet is sufficiently cooled. Can not do.

When the water in the grill pan evaporates, water vapor generated by the evaporation is jetted from an opening formed near the front edge of the grill pan, and the water vapor is guided to the glass plate to cool the glass plate. Moreover, when pouring water into the grill pan, the water can be poured into the grill pan from the opening without lifting the upper plate.

[0009] By inclining the peripheral wall of the opening so that the water vapor flows toward the glass plate, more water vapor can be guided to the glass plate. Further, if there is no gap between the water surface in the grill pan and the upper plate, the upper plate is lifted by water vapor generated by boiling of water. When the steam venting portion, in which a gap is formed between the water and the water surface when the water is injected, is formed over the entire area of the bottom of the upper plate in the front-rear direction, the upper plate does not lift. Further, if the opening is communicated with the steam vent, the steam is smoothly discharged to the outside through the opening through the steam vent, and the upper plate is not lifted by the steam. Since the center of the grill door becomes very hot, the opening in the center of the grill pan must be formed to guide more water vapor to the center of the grill. Is desirable.

By the way, the temperature sensor is disposed upward on the bottom surface in the grill pan, a part of the bottom surface of the grill pan is raised to form a sensor contact portion higher than the water surface in the grill pan, and the steam vent portion is formed. Form horizontally and make it a flat part,
When the flat portion is brought into contact with the upper surface, which is the inner peripheral surface of the sensor contact portion, the temperature of the flat portion is maintained at 100 degrees while boiling water is applied to the flat portion. When the amount of water is reduced to a level not to be applied, the temperature of the flat portion rises at a stretch, and if the temperature change is detected by a temperature sensor, it can be detected that the water in the grill pan has decreased to a predetermined amount or less.

The temperature sensor is disposed inward on the side surface of the inside of the grill cabinet, a sensor contact portion is formed at a position higher than the water surface, which is a part of the side wall of the grill pan, and the steam vent portion is horizontally positioned. To form a flat portion, and a vertical wall portion rising from a side edge of the flat portion may be configured to contact an inner peripheral surface of a sensor contact portion which is a part of an inner wall surface of the grill pan. With this configuration, for example, even if the grill pan is temporarily removed from the grill storage during cooking, radiant heat from the burner can be prevented from directly acting on the temperature sensor.

As shown in FIG. 2, a sensor contact portion 21 is formed at the left back corner of the grill pan 2 by shaping the bottom surface one step higher as in the conventional grill pan. When the grill pan 2 is stored in the grill storage 13 by pushing the grill door 12 as described above, the temperature sensor 15 contacts the bottom surface of the sensor contact portion 21. On the other hand, the upper plate 3 has substantially the same size as the grill pan 2. On the bottom surface of the upper plate 3, a central portion 32 acting as a cooling portion is formed at the center in the left-right direction, and a flat portion 31, which is a steam vent portion one step higher than the central portion 32, is formed on the left and right sides of the central portion 32. Is formed. Both flat portions 31 are formed so as to cover the entire region in the front-rear direction. The central portion 32 does not necessarily have to be horizontal as shown,
It may be further depressed toward the center from the shape shown.
The upper plate 3 has a front opening 33 at the center of the front edge and a rear opening 34 at the center of the rear edge. Both the front opening 33 and the rear opening 34 reach not only the central portion 32 but also the left and right flat portions 31, and the front opening 33 and the rear opening 34 and both flat portions 31 communicate with each other. The rear wall 33a of the front opening 33 is inclined forward, and the front wall 34a of the rear opening 34 is inclined rearward.

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, when upper plate 3 is set on grill pan 2 from above, grill pan 2 and upper plate 3 are set.
A space is formed between the two. The space communicates with the outside through the front opening 33 and the rear opening 34. Therefore, if water is poured from at least one of the front opening 33 and the rear opening 34, the space is filled with water. By the way, as shown in FIG. 5, when the upper plate 3 is overlaid on the grill pan 2, the flat portion 31 on the left side when viewed from the front (the left and right side is inverted because FIG. 5 is a view from the rear) is a sensor contact. It must be in contact with the contact part 21. In addition, when water is injected as described above, as shown in FIG. 5, the water surface may be in contact with the central portion 32, but the water surface is on the lower surface of the flat portion 31 that is one step higher than the central portion 32. Reduce the amount of water to avoid contact. When grill cooking is started by igniting the lower fire burner 16 or the upper fire burner 17, water in the space sandwiched between the grill pan 2 and the upper plate 3 is heated, the water temperature rises, and the water boils after a predetermined time. At this time, since water is not in contact with the flat portion 31, a gap for removing steam is generated between the lower surface of the flat portion 31 and the water surface. Since the gap communicates with the front opening 33 and the rear opening 34, the steam generated by boiling is discharged from the front opening 33 and the rear opening 34 through the gap, and the boiling water inside is pushed by the steam. There is no spouting or lifting of the upper plate 3 by the pressure of water vapor. Since the rear wall 33a of the front opening 33 is inclined, the water vapor discharged from the front opening 33 is discharged forward. And it reaches the glass plate 11 of the grill door 12 through the opening 14b opened in the front leg plate 14a of the grill 14 and
The glass plate 11 is cooled. Since the water vapor is lighter than air, the water vapor after cooling the glass plate 11 is guided to the exhaust duct 18 through a relatively upper portion of the grill storage 13, and
It does not come in contact with fish and other cooked foods placed in the area. Further, the steam discharged from the rear opening 34 does not flow into the grill storage 13, but is discharged as it is through the exhaust duct 18,
Again, there is no contact with the food placed on the grill 14. When water is added to the grill pan 2 during cooking, the grill pan 2 may be slightly pulled out of the grill storage 13 and water may be poured from the front opening 33. By the way, if the front opening 33 is provided, the rear opening 34 does not always need to be provided. In the above embodiment, when the water vapor was not guided to the glass plate 11, the temperature of the glass plate 11 was 200 ° C., but could be lowered to 165 ° C. by guiding the water vapor to the glass plate 11. Thereby, even if cold water splashes on the glass plate during cooking, the risk of the glass plate 11 breaking is reduced, and
A thinner glass plate 11 can be employed.

As described above, the flat portion 3 is
1 is in contact. Therefore, heat flows between the two via the contact portion. The flat portion 31 functions as a heat collecting plate or a heat radiating plate under predetermined conditions. Referring to FIG. 6, when grill cooking is started, it is hit by the flame from lower fire burner 16 and receives radiant heat from upper fire burner 17, so that flat portion 31 functions as a heat collecting plate and the temperature rises rapidly. I do. Then, the heat collected by the flat portion 31 is transmitted to the sensor contact portion 21, and the detection temperature of the temperature sensor 15 rapidly rises (a in FIG. 6). When the time t1 has elapsed since the start of grill cooking, the water in the grill pan 2 starts to boil. Then, the water surface shakes or splashes due to boiling, and hot water is applied to the lower surface of the flat portion 31 located immediately above the water surface. Even when boiling, the temperature of the hot water does not exceed 100 degrees.
The temperature drops to a degree. When boiling continues and hot water is constantly applied to the lower surface of the flat portion 31, the flat portion 31 functions as a heat radiating plate. Conversely, even if the temperature of the sensor contact portion 21 is going to rise, heat is applied to the flat portion 31 side. Is conducted, and the temperature of the sensor contact portion 21 does not exceed 100 degrees, so that the detection temperature of the temperature sensor 15 remains constant at 100 degrees (FIG. 6B). As the time further elapses and the hot water in the grill pan 2 boils and becomes steam, and is continuously discharged to the outside as described above, the water level gradually decreases. Disappear. In this state, the hot water still remains, and since the hot water is still applied to the lower surface of the central portion 32, the temperature of the central portion 32 remains at 100 ° C., which falls on the upper plate 3 and gathers in the central portion 32. Although no smoke is emitted from the oil, the flat portion 31 again functions as a heat collecting plate, and the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 15 rapidly rises from 100 degrees (FIG. 6C). The control device (not shown) constantly monitors the detection signal of the temperature sensor 15, and when the detected temperature reaches a predetermined temperature (150 degrees in the present embodiment), it is determined that the water in the grill pan 2 has decreased. The effect is notified by a lamp or the like. In addition, the amount of gas supplied to the lower fire burner 16 and the upper fire burner 17 may be reduced or cut off together with notification by a lamp or the like.

FIG. 7 is a graph showing a change in the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 15 when grill cooking is performed only with the grill pan 2 without overlapping the upper plate 3. Since the sensor contact portion 21 is formed one step higher than the bottom surface of the grill pan 2, if the amount of water in the grill pan 2 is reduced by evaporation, it is exposed from the water earlier than the other portions, so that water remains. However, when the detected temperature rises and the detected temperature reaches a predetermined temperature (about 170 degrees), it can be detected that water has decreased. However, as apparent from a comparison between FIG. 6 and FIG.
Is used, the decrease of water can be detected more remarkably. Further, by using the upper plate 3, it is possible to prevent the steam from coming into contact with the food, thereby preventing the taste of the food from being spoiled, and to cool the glass plate 11 of the grill door 12 with the water vapor.

In the above embodiment, the temperature sensor 15 is attached to the bottom of the grill storage 13. Thus, the grill storage 1
3, the heat-sensitive portion of the temperature sensor 15 faces upward. Therefore, when the grill pan 2 is temporarily pulled out from the grill storage 13 during cooking, radiant heat from the burner acts on the heat-sensitive portion of the temperature sensor 15, and If the state where 2 is pulled out continues for a long time, the detection temperature will increase, and there is a possibility that it may be erroneously determined that there is no water. In such a case, as shown in FIG.
Then, the temperature sensor 15 was mounted in the horizontal direction. A portion of the side wall 2a of the grill pan 2 that is higher than the water surface is defined as a sensor contact portion 21. The vertical wall portion 3a of the upper plate 3 is an inner wall surface of the grill pan 2 that is an inner peripheral surface of the sensor contact portion 12. Contacted. With this configuration, even if the grill pan 2 is temporarily pulled out of the grill storage 13 during cooking, the radiant heat from the upper fire burner 17 can be prevented from directly acting on the heat-sensitive portion at the tip of the temperature sensor 15. In the above-described embodiment, the grill storage provided with the lower fire burner 16 and the upper fire burner 17 has been described. However, it is not always necessary to provide both the burners, and the grill storage provided with only one of the burners. The present invention can also be applied to the present invention.

In the above embodiment, a step is provided between the flat portion 31 and the central portion 32 of the upper plate 3. However, it is not always necessary to provide a step, and the central portion 32 is not formed.
The entire area of the bottom surface may be the flat portion 31. Alternatively, the central portion 32 is formed so as to be higher than the flat portions 31 on both sides, and the flow of the flame formed from the lower fire burners 16 on both sides toward the center is changed upward in the central portion. Mutual collisions may be prevented.
