The wood sawdust conventionally used is an indispensable material for livestock production and fattening, which is absolutely necessary for improving meat quality or absorbing manure. Met. However, due to the need for frequent replacement, it has been said that waste materials as raw materials are currently in short supply, and it will be difficult to obtain the required amount in the future. This is an important issue for organizations that provide waste. The present inventor is also familiar with the fact that the above-mentioned work is a business. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to quickly develop a substitute for sawdust that has been conventionally used, and to provide a rescue method to the livestock industry in Japan.

In order to replace the sawdust, it is necessary to have equal or higher softness and absorbability. In addition, sawdust is made of waste wood of construction and thinned wood, and its cost is very low. Therefore, it has been used continuously because of its low cost. Is needed. Under the above conditions, as a result of the research, it was found that the rice hulls remaining after rice polishing were finely ground and replaced by sawdust.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. Put the rice husks in a crushing machine and take out the finely crushed ones. Since the present invention is very soft and lightweight by being crushed, the labor required for frequently changing rugs is reduced, and it is friendly to livestock producers. In addition, when finely pulverized, it has good water absorbability and has properties equal to or higher than conventional sawdust. In addition, by mixing a commercially available microbial admixture at the time of pulverizing rice hulls, it can be a good fertilizer.

By using the present invention, a shortage of sawdust can be eliminated in the future, and for a farmer, problems such as the disposal of rice husks generated at the time of rice polishing are re-used in the form of re-use. Can be converted to By reusing the rice hulls produced after rice polishing, the labor of farmers is reduced, and by not using wood sawdust, it will also help protect the natural environment and play a part in maintaining the global environment in the future. It can also contribute to the promotion of agriculture and livestock.
