Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a waste corrugated fiberboard collected as wastes for flooring materials in a barn by pulverizing the waste corrugated fiberboard into chip using a special paper pulverizing equipment. SOLUTION: Elasticity is realized not by cutting the corrugated fiberboard, but by achieving the pulverizing cut. Chip elements are not of uniform shape, but of the complicatedly entangling composition with clearance, free from any acute structure of end faces, and soft in skin touch. The corrugated fiberboard is pulverized into fine powder, and dust can be generated. A special paper pulverizing equipment achieves the pulverizing, and removes fine powder contents by a fine powder removing part comprising a blower and a filter unit. Since the corrugated fiberboard has many clearance, and the chip elements are not pulverized in a constant shape through the chipping operation, and the aggregate of the chip material forms a material having small clearance on the gross view. Air can be well kept due to the heat insulation, and permeability to prevent being musty can be ensured.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention relates to a method of reusing a large amount of used packing paper material generated as general waste in the livestock industry. A representative example of the used packing paper material is a cardboard box material. 2. Description of the Related Art Cardboard boxes used for packaging and transporting all kinds of products may be partially reused as they are, but eventually become waste and require disposal. Conventionally, there has been a system for recovering discarded corrugated cardboard materials as a preferred raw material for recycled paper, which is preferred by collection companies. On the other hand, in the livestock industries such as beef cattle, pig raising, and dairy,
Especially when breeding animals in concrete stalls,
Replaceable bedding is required as a heat insulator for animal bedding, as a buffer for the safety of hard floors, and for convenient hygiene and livestock cleaning. For this purpose, rice straw and the like have long been considered optimal. Recently, however, the supply of straw has decreased, and instead saw sawdust generated from sawmill and rice husk generated from milled rice have been used. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in recent years, the amount of corrugated cardboard used has been increasing and the generation of waste corrugated cardboard has been increasing, but the market for used paper has been sluggish due to the stagnant economic situation. The economics of the recovery system have deteriorated. If the private sector does not collect waste cardboard, the burden on local governments will increase, which will cause social problems such as illegal dumping. The present invention provides a method of processing a large amount of waste corrugated cardboard material that can be effectively reused in the livestock industry, as described below, in which the balance of demand for generation is lost. From the viewpoint of the livestock industry, it has become difficult to obtain rice straw, sawdust and even rice hulls, which have been used as floor coverings in the past. Is in a situation. The rising cost of indispensable floor coverings is putting pressure on livestock industry management, and there is a need to develop cheaper and better alternatives. [0004] Means for solving the problem is that the main point of the present invention is to use a special paper crushing device having the same structure as a wood chip-like crushing device to convert waste cardboard materials collected as waste into an average of 2 pieces. It is to be crushed into chips having a size of 10 cm to 10 cm and processed so that it can be used as a flooring material for livestock barns. [Embodiments and Effects of the Invention] The necessary conditions for bedding materials in livestock barns include: * heat retention, air permeability * moisture absorption, water retention * elasticity * ease of fermentation decomposition * ease of handling and transportation And so on. The advantages of the present invention will be described while describing a method of manufacturing a floor covering according to the present invention in which waste corrugated cardboard is crushed in view of these conditions. The floor covering material according to the present invention is very excellent in heat retention and ventilation. In other words, the corrugated cardboard material is literally a stepped structure with many gaps, and each chip element is not broken into a certain shape in chip-shaped processing. Thus, the air for insulation is well held, and the air permeability for preventing stuffiness can be secured. Hygroscopicity and water retention are important when livestock, especially urine, penetrates the floor. Compared with sawdust and rice husk, the floor covering according to the present invention is a dried paper and has a structure with many gaps, so it is difficult to quantify it, but has a moisture absorption or water retention of 2 to 5 times in a simple experiment. In order to achieve elasticity, the present invention does not cut the cardboard but crushes it. Therefore, each chip element does not have a uniform shape, but has a composition having complicated entangled gaps and elasticity. In addition, there is no acute angled structure of the end face when cut, and the skin feels soft. In addition, when crushing corrugated cardboard, considerable pulverization occurs, and there is an undesirable situation that dust is generated when handling. Another feature of the present invention is that the dedicated paper material crushing apparatus for the present invention has a fine powder removing section composed of a blower and a filter unit to remove fine powder components while performing crushing. The significance of the ease of fermentation degradation is apparent in the following description.
In other words, after the floor covering material has been used in the barn for several weeks, it generally absorbs urine from the floor of the barn and mixes with manure from the top by stepping into the livestock from above, gradually giving off unsanitary and odorous odors. become. If left further, the state will progress further, and in extreme cases it will be peat-like. Generally, before proceeding to that point, the worker takes out of the barn using a fork or the like, cleans the floor, and replaces it with new floor covering material. The collected filth is left piled up and allowed to naturally ferment and wait for composting, which makes it useful as fertilizer and sold to farmers to generate additional income for the livestock industry. In this case, the currently widely used sawdust is slow to ferment and decompose and takes about one year to mature, but the floor covering according to the present invention is a material after pulping and is pulled before peatification. If fermentation is maintained, air permeability is maintained, so fermentation decomposition is fast, and complete fermentation decomposition within 3 months. This means that it is economical in terms of securing a neglected place, and is a feature of the floor covering according to the present invention. In terms of ease of handling and transportation, the present invention is lighter and has a higher porosity, so the volume can be compressed. This is advantageous when packaging and delivering to livestock industry. In addition, since it is not a long-stem type as compared with the conventional straw bedding, it is easier to lay and dispose of the waste and remove it from the barn. Naturally, even in the fertilizer state after ripeness, it becomes a shape close to particles and handling becomes easy. Finally, corrugated cardboard made into general waste is originally cellulose produced from the soil. After it has functioned as cardboard, it plays a role in livestock barns, further serves as fertilizer, and is used in soil. The effectiveness of the present invention which can realize the recycling of returning home is emphasized.
