Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming heat insulation formwork which eliminates the need for panel cutting and nail driving, reduces weight, allows an internal or an external heat insulation foundation to be constructed easily by removing a formwork on one side, and also allows a removed formwork to be reused, and its installation method. SOLUTION: Foaming heat insulation formworks 1a obtained by coating or sticking releasable release agent/release plates 2 on one surface of each of flat foaming heat insulation materials are assembled with joists, round separators, fixtures, and bottom part fixtures so that the coated or stuck surfaces face toward the same direction, and then installed on a footing 7 or leveling concrete 6. Also, for a foaming heat insulation formwork 1a for footing, foaming heat insulation formworks 1a obtained by coating or sticking releasable release agent/release plates 2 on one surface (inner surface) of each of flat foaming heat insulation materials in which a height difference is provided in parallel with each other at an angle of approx. 45 deg. at a portion forming the footing 7 is assembled with batter, round separator, fixture, and bottom part fixture so that the coated or stuck surfaces face to each other (so that a portion having a height difference forms the footing 7), and then installed on the footing 7 or leveling concrete 6.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when constructing the foundation of a building structure such as a house, each of the steps of ground root cutting, split chestnut ground work, waste concrete (hereinafter referred to as waste concrete), and base concrete pouring is performed. After passing through, a formwork made of a plywood panel or a metal panel is assembled and arranged, and then a foundation is formed by placing concrete in the formwork. In recent years, in cold regions and the like, foam insulation models such as expanded polystyrene, which is also effective as a heat insulating material, have been used in place of the plywood panels and metal panels.

However, in the case of a mold using a conventional plywood panel, work such as cutting and nailing of plywood is troublesome, and in the case of a mold using a metal panel, the weight of the panel is large. However, there were problems such as heavy weight and poor workability. Also, in the case of the conventional foam insulation formwork, after curing the concrete, it is necessary to remove either the formwork in order to make the inside insulation or the outside insulation foundation, but the foam insulation material such as expanded polystyrene adheres to the concrete. Therefore, the removal of the mold was troublesome, and the removed foamed heat insulating material became garbage, which was not an environmentally favorable state.

Further, in the case of a hollow block-shaped formwork, a connecting member for connecting the formwork on both sides is integrally formed or mounted in the formwork, so that the rebar work is troublesome, and after the concrete is cured. However, since the mold cannot be removed, there is a problem that even the originally unnecessary form is used, and the product price becomes expensive.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a first aspect of the present invention relates to a foamed and heat-insulated formwork in which a flat foamed heat-insulating material is provided on one side with a mold release property. A foamed heat insulating form on which a good release agent / peeling plate is applied or adhered is thickened, a round separator (hereinafter, referred to as a round separator), a fixing bracket, and a bottom so that the application surface or the application surface is oriented in the same direction. After assembling with the mounting bracket, install it on the footing or discard container. In the corner portion, a corner accessory formed by bending the flat foamed heat insulating material in accordance with the corner is provided.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, a mold is formed on one surface (inner surface) of a flat foamed heat insulating material in which a step forming a footing is stepped in parallel at an angle of about 45 degrees. A foam insulation frame (for forming footing) coated or pasted with a good release agent / peeling plate is cut so that the application surface or the adhesion surface faces each other (the stepped portion forms footing). After assembling with the round separator, the fixing bracket, and the fixing bracket for the bottom part, install it on the waste container. In the corner portion, a corner role is formed by bending and molding a flat foamed heat insulating material having a step at about 45 degrees in parallel with the corner.

As described above, the following effects can be obtained by using the foamed heat insulating mold of the present invention. Since the foam is a heat-insulating form having a form-connecting portion having a standardized size, there is no need for cutting or nailing on site, and it is lightweight. A release agent / release plate with good releasability is applied or stuck on one or both sides of the foamed heat insulating material, and furthermore, the mounting structure of a round separator, a bottom fixing bracket and a thick end (C channel, pipe) is simple. Therefore, it is easy to remove the foam insulation frame after curing the concrete, and it is possible to easily construct the inner insulation or the outer insulation foundation. The removed foam insulation formwork is hardly damaged by concrete, and can be reused at the next foundation construction. When a release agent / peeling plate is applied or stuck on the entire surface, or when the applied surface or the stuck surface is constructed so as to be on the opposite side to the concrete surface, the terminus or rat may be used depending on the applied surface or the stuck surface. Damage can be prevented.
