入する、抜歯台部3を固定する、抜歯具1を縮閉する作
業だけで確実に抜歯出来るため、患者の口内を負傷させ
ずに安全に施術することが出来、而も抜歯対象が残根で
あるか否かは無関係であり、抜歯対象がどの様な状態で
あっても同様の作業で施術出来、又施術中に歯肉を傷付
けることがないことから出血が無い或いは非常に微量に
なるため、手術野直視が容易で確実に施術出来る。
