Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin molded article which can mold a resin of high melt viscosity incorporated with grass fibers and others integrally without deteriorating a design near a gate part of the synthetic resin and has a surface protective layer which is excellent in design, can select materials widely, and has a high degree of freedom in design. SOLUTION: A method consists of a process in which a laminate in which a printing film 4 is laminated is arranged on the second mold 20 corresponding to the first mold 10 having a gate part G for injection molding, and on the laminate S, a protection member T the size of which is equal to or greater than that of the opening of the gate part is arranged at a place facing the neighborhood of the gate opening of the first mold, a process in which the first mold and the second mold are closed, and a process in which a molten resin is injected.

However, in the above technique, although the film and the synthetic resin are fused by heat, heat and shear force act on the film during molding, and as a result, the appearance of the film is reduced. There was a case where a defect such as damage occurred. In particular, when an inorganic filler such as glass fiber is mixed with a synthetic resin, the film is greatly attacked, and the appearance is significantly damaged.

As can be seen from Table 1, it can be seen that a protective member having a higher melting point and less elongation, such as polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), has a higher effect of protecting the gate portion. Further, it is understood that the influence of the tensile strength is small.

It can be seen from Table 2 that the thicker the protective member, the less the print breakage. However, if it was too thick, traces of the protective member were found from the design side. This is considered to be due to the sink of the resin occurring at the step portion of the end portion of the protective member. As can be seen from this table, the optimum thickness of the protective member was 25 μm.

As described above, the present invention comprises a printing film laminated on a synthetic resin molded product, and a transparent film laminated on the printing film, and a gate of an injection mold is provided on the printing film side. What is claimed is: 1. A synthetic resin molded product characterized by being provided with a protective member substantially equal to or larger than the size of the opening and being injection molded. A laminate in which a printing film is laminated on a second mold corresponding to the mold is provided, and the gate opening is formed on the laminate at a location facing the vicinity of the gate opening of the first mold. A manufacturing method characterized by comprising a step of disposing a protective member having substantially the same size or larger than a size, a step of closing the first mold and the second mold, and a step of injecting a molten resin. Therefore, the design near the gate of the synthetic resin is damaged. It not, it is possible to integrally mold the high melt viscosity of the glass fiber or the like resin.
