Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記のものから本質的になる、耐火性の不定形配合物をつくるため耐火物 粒子と混合するのに適した組成物。 活性アルミナ2〜10重量部 アルミノケイ酸リン酸塩化合物、アルデヒドとアミンか又は芳香族ヒドロキシ 化合物とから得られた樹脂、セルロース、ポリエチレングリコール、及びメトキ シポリエチレングリコールのうちの少なくとも一つを含む添加剤物質0.25〜1.0 重量部 微細アルミナ0〜50重量部 微細シリカ0〜10重量部 分散剤0〜1重量部 アルミン酸カルシウムセメント0〜1重量部 2.アルミン酸カルシウムセメントを実質的に含まない、請求の範囲第1項記 載の組成物。 3.前記樹脂がユリアホルムアルデヒド樹脂及び/又はフェノールホルムアル デヒド樹脂を含む、請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の組成物。 4.前記添加剤を0.4 〜0.6 重量部含む、請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれかに 記載の組成物。 5.微細シリカを少なくとも1重量部含む、請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれか に記載の組成物。 6.前記微細シリカがマイクロシリカ及び/又はヒュームドシリカを含む、請 求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれかに記載の組成物。 7.5〜25重量部の微細アルミナを含む、請求の範囲第1〜6項のいずれかに 記載の組成物。 8.前記微細アルミナの一部又は全部が反応性アルミナである、 請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれかに記載の組成物。 9.最高で97.75 重量%までのグレード分けした大きさの不活性耐火物粒子と 、請求の範囲第1〜8項による組成物である残りのものから本質的になる、耐火 性不定形配合物。 10.最高で97.75 重量%までのグレード分けした大きさの不活性耐火物粒子と 残りのものとから本質的になる配合物であって、その残りのものが、 活性アルミナ2〜10重量部、 当該配合物の低温での結合をもたらすが水の存在下での活性アルミナの再水和 を抑制しない添加剤物質0.25〜1.0 重量部、 微細アルミナ0〜50重量部、 微細シリカ0〜10重量部、 分散剤0〜1重量部、及び アルミン酸カルシウムセメント1重量部以下、 から本質的になる組成物である、耐火性不定形配合物。 11.前記添加剤物質の量が成形した配合物の乾燥前の生強度を少なくとも1MP a とするのに十分である、請求の範囲第10項記載の配合物。 12.前記乾燥前の生強度が少なくとも2MPa である、請求の範囲第11項記載の 組成物。 13.前記不活性耐火物粒子が電融アルミナ及び/又は板状アルミナ及び/又は か焼ボーキサイト及び/又はアルミノケイ酸塩の粒子である、請求の範囲第9〜 12項のいずれか一つに記載の配合物。 14.請求の範囲第9〜13項のいずれか一つに記載の配合物から製作された素地 。
