Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.コーティング材料を運び吐出するための供給ユニット(V)と、該供給ユニ ットによって運ばれた前記コーティング材料を塗布するための塗布ユニット(A )と、コーティング材料の供給とパイプの内壁への噴出とを監視し、制御するた めのコントロールユニットとを備え、 前記塗布ユニット(A)は、コーティングされるべきパイプ上に取り付けら れる先端部材(29)を備えたガイドチューブ(21)と、塗布ノズル(30) を備えた塗布チューブ(18)とを有し、 該塗布チューブは、前記ガイドチューブ(21)の内部で案内され、かつ前 記先端部材(29)によってコーティングされるべきパイプ内に導入されるよう に構成されてなることを特徴とする、パイプ、特に復水器および熱交換器の冷媒 パイプの内側をプラスチックでコーティングするための装置。 2.前記塗布チューブ(18)は、制御された態様で、コーティングされるべき パイプの全長に亘って、前記ガイドチューブ(21)を通って繰り出され、巻き 戻されるように構成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。 3.前記塗布チューブ(18)は、その巻き戻し動作中に塗布を行なうように設 計されたエアレス・スプレイノズル(30)を備えた高圧エアレス・スプレーチ ューブであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。 4.前記ガイドチューブ(21)は、先端部材(29)を取り付けたハンドガン (27)で終端し、該ハンドガン(27)は回転ジョイント(26)を介して前 記ガイドチューブ(21)に接続され、前記塗布チューブ(18)が、前記ハン ドガン(27)および前記先端部材(29)を通って案内されることを特徴とす る請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の装置。 5.前記先端部材(29)は、遠隔部品として設計され、かつコーティングされ るべきパイプの端部に取り付けられるようにほぼ卵型形状を有することを特徴と する請求項4記載の装置。 6.フィルターエレメントとチェックバルブとが前記塗布チューブ(18)の前 記スプレーノズル(30)内の領域に設けられてなることを特徴とする請求項 1ないし5のいずれか1項記載の装置。 7.前記ハンドガン(27)が機能的手動コントローラ(28)を備えてなるこ とを特徴とする請求項4または5記載の装置。 8.動作圧力が5〜500バールの範囲内、好ましくは10〜250バールの範 囲内に設計されてなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項記載の 装置。 9.前記供給装置が、粗いフィルターを備えて背圧に依存する態様で動作するポ ンプ(3)に接続された吸引チューブ(2)を備えてなることを特徴とする請求 項1ないし8のいずれか1項記載の装置。 10.チェックバルブ(5)と二重接続フィルター装置(11a/11b)とが、 前記塗布ユニット(A)に対する材料フィード領域(4/14)内に設けられて なることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項記載の装置。 11.前記塗布チューブ(18)のためのモーター駆動チューブドラム(17)が 前記塗布ユニット(A)の領域内に設けられてなることを特徴とする請求項1な いし10のいずれか1項記載の装置。 12.コーティング材料の吸引・吐出量と動作圧力とを監視し調整するコントロー ルユニットが設けられてなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれか1 項記載の装置。 13.前記コントロールユニットは、前記塗布チューブ(18)の繰出し長さ、繰 出し速度および巻戻し速度に関してプログラム可能であることを特徴とする請求 項12記載の装置。 14.前記コントロールユニットは、コーティング材料のスプレー速度およびスプ レー量に関してプログラム可能であることを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。 15.可動構造になっていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし14のいずれか1項 記載の装置。 16.一方のコントロール・供給ユニット(V)と、他方の塗布ユニット(A)と が、材料供給チューブ(14)で互いに連結された別個のドリー(15)上に配 置されてなることを特徴とする請求項15記載の装置。
