Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一般式I [式中、R1及びR3は相互に独立して、炭素原子数1〜22の炭化水素基を表し 、R2はスペーサーを表し、かつX又はYは式XVI −(C2H4O)α(C3H6O)βH (XVI) [α=0〜50、β=0〜60、及びα+β=1〜100]の置換基を表し、か つX又はYは式XVIIの置換基を表すか、 又はX及びYは相互に独立して式XVII −(C2H4O)γ(C3H6O)δFR (XVII) [式中、FRは官能基−CH2−COOM、−SO3M、−P(O)(OM)2、−O −C(O)−C2H3)−CO2M′又は−C2H4−SO3M、ここでM、M′=アル カリ−、アンモニウム−、アルカノールアンモニウム−又は1/2アルカリ土類 金属イオンを表し、γ=0〜20、δ=0〜20、及びγ+δ=1〜40であり 、この際式XVI及び式XVIIによる化合物において、アルコキシド単位は統計学的 に又は塊状に結合しており、その順序は任意である]の置換基を表し、 かつ式中オリゴマー度Z=1〜10を表す]の両親媒性化合物。 2.炭化水素基R1及びR3は非分枝又は分枝、飽和又は不飽和であり、 スペーサーR2は、それぞれ酸素原子及び窒素原子を0〜20個及び硫黄原子を 0〜4個及びリン原子を0〜3個を含有し、かつ官能性側基を0〜20個有する 、炭素原子数2〜100の非分枝又は分枝鎖を表す請求項1記載の両親媒性化合 物。 3.オリゴマー度Z=1〜4である請求項1又は2記載の両親媒性化合物。 4.式I中の炭化水素基R1及びR3は相互に独立して炭素原子7〜17個を含 有する請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の両親媒性化合物。 5.R2がスペーサーを表し、このスペーサーは基本構造体として式II −CaH2a− (II) [式中、a=2〜18]の非分枝又は分枝アルキレン鎖、 又は式III −CbH2b−CH=CH−CcH2c− (III) [式中、b+c=2〜16、この際b及びcはそれぞれ0 より大きい]の非分枝又は分枝アルケニレン鎖、 又は式IV −CdH2d−C≡C−CeH2e− (IV) [d+e=2〜16、この際d及びeはそれぞれ0より大きい]の非分枝又は分枝ア ルキニレン鎖を有し、かつこの際式II〜IVによる基礎構造体において,このスペ ーサーはその連鎖の任意の位置でカルボニル−、アミノ−又はアシルアミノ基を 有する、 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の両親媒性化合物。 6.R2がスペーサーを表し、このスペーサーは式V −CfH2f−シクロC6H10−CgH2g− (V) [式中、f及びg=それぞれ1〜6]によるアリシクレン、 又は式VI −3(4),8(9)−ジ(メチレン)−トリシクロ[5 .2.1.02.6]デカン− (VI) によるアリシクレンからなる請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の両親媒性 化合物。 7.R2がスペーサーを表し、このスペーサーは式VII −ChH2h−C6R4−(CiH2i−C6R4)j1− Cj2H2j2− (VII)、 又は式VIII −ChH2h−C10R6−CjH2j− (VIII) [式中、h、j、j1及びj2=それぞれ0〜8及びi=1〜8及びR=相互に独立し てそれぞれH又はC1−〜C4−アルキル]による非置換又は置換芳香族からなる 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の両親媒性化合物。 8.スペーサーR2が官能性側基としてアミノ−、アシルアミノ−、カルボニ ル−又はカルボキシル官能基を有する請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の 両親媒性化合物。 9.スペーサーR2が酸素原子及び/又は窒素原子をそれぞれ0〜20個、硫 黄原子を0〜4個及びリン原子を0〜3個含有し、この際ヘテロ原子の少なくと も1つが一度は存在する請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の両親媒性化合 物。 10.R2は式IX −CkH2k−CxRy−Z−CxRy−C1H21− (IX) [式中、k及び1=それぞれ0〜8、x=6及びy=4又はx=10及びy=6又はx =14及びy=8、及びZ=O、CO、NH、NR1、N−C(O)R1、SO2、こ の際R1は炭素原子数1〜22の炭化水素基を表し、かつRは相互に独立してそ れぞれH又はC1−〜C4−アルキルを表す]によるスペーサーを表す請求項9記 載の両親媒性化合物。 11.R2は式X −CmH2m−(CnH2nO)p−CqH2q− (X) [m=1〜4、n=2〜4、p=1〜20及びq=1〜4、この際混合アルコキシド 単位が生じることがあり、その場合アルコキシド単位の順序は任意である]によ るスペーサーを表す請求項9記載の両親媒性化合物。 12.R2は式XI −CrH2r(RNCsH2s)t−CuH2u− (XI) 又は式XII −[CrH2r[RN−C(O)−NR]t−CuH2u]w− (XII) 又は式XIII −[CrH2r[RNC(O)CvH2vC(O)NR]t− CuH2u]w− (XIII) 又は式XIV −[CrH2r[RN−C(O)−CH=CH−C(O)N R]t−CuH2u]w− (XIV) 又は式XV −[CrH2r[RNC(O)CxRyC(O)NR]t− CuH2u]w− (XV) [式中、r=2〜4、s=2〜4、t=1〜20、u=2〜4、v=0〜12、w=1 〜6、x=6及びy=4又はx=10及びy=6又はx=14及びy=8、ここでR= 相互に独立してそれぞれH又はC1−〜C4−アルキルを表す]によるスペーサー を表す請求項9記載の両親媒性化合物。 13.請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の両親媒性化合物の乳化剤又 は解乳化剤としての使用。 14.請求項1から12項までのいずれか1項記載の両親媒性化合物の金属加 工、鉱石採取又はメッキにおける助剤としての使用。 15.請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の両親媒性化合物の繊維助剤 としての又は繊維の清浄及び洗浄のための使用。 16.請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の両親媒性化合物の硬質表面 の清浄のための使用。 17.請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の両親媒性化合物の皮膚及び 毛髪の清浄及び洗浄のための使用。
