Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.試験管内で完全な脊椎動物の皮膚を成長させるための方法であって、 脊椎動物の皮膚の分離した断片を得るステップと、 前記皮膚の細胞の増殖を維持するのに十分な栄養を含む人工的細胞増殖培地に 前記皮膚断片を入れるステップと、 前記皮膚断片が前記培地内にある間、前記皮膚断片に引っ張る力を加えるステ ップと、 を含むことを特徴とする方法。 2.前記引っ張る力が一方向において前記皮膚断片を引っ張ることを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記引っ張る力が二方向において前記皮膚断片を引っ張ることを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の方法。 4.前記皮膚断片が、前記引っ張る力をかけた後、前記引っ張る力がかけられ る前の前記皮膚断片の領域の2倍の領域を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記 載の方法。 5.前記皮膚断片に静的な引っ張る力がかけられることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の方法。 6.前記皮膚断片が全厚に再生した後、前記皮膚断片が更なる断片に分割され 、該更なる断片の少くとも1つが前記方法にかけられることを特徴とする請求項 5に記載の方法。 7.前記皮膚断片に動的な引っ張る力がかけられることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の方法。 8.前記皮膚断片が哺乳動物の皮膚であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 方法。 9.前記皮膚断片がヒトの皮膚であることを特徴とする請求項8 に記載の方法。 10.請求項1に記載の方法により生産される皮膚層及び表皮層を有する分離し た皮膚断片。 11.皮膚組織を培養するための装置であって、 皮膚層側及び表皮層側を有する分離した皮膚断片を、該断片の少くとも前記皮 膚層において栄養培地に接触させるための手段と、 前記接触を維持する間、前記皮膚を引っ張るための手段と、 を含むことを特徴とする装置。 12.前記装置が、 前記栄養培地を保持するための容器と、 前記皮膚断片上の少くとも2つの位置において、前記培地内に前記皮膚断片を 保持するための前記容器に取付けられた少くとも2つのコネクターと、 前記皮膚断片に前記コネクターを通して反対方向の力を供するための手段と、 を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。 13.前記コネクターがクランプを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置 。 14.前記力を供するための手段が、前記コネクターの1つに取付けられた少く とも1つの自由に吊り下げられたおもりを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載 の装置。 15.前記力を供するための手段が、前記コネクターの1つに取付けられた少く とも1つのねじ調節装置を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。 16.前記力を供するための手段が、前記コネクターの1つに取付けられた少く とも1つの電気モーターを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。 17.前記装置が、 開口端を有する管状流体リザーバーと、 流体のタイトな密閉を供するために前記開口端上を前記皮膚断片で密閉するの に適合した前記リザーバーの前記開口端に位置したクランプと、 前記リザーバー内に位置した流体に静水圧を供するための手段と、 を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。 18.前記静水圧を供するための手段が、(1)前記管状流体リザーバーに流れ るよう連結され、前記装置がその通常の作動位置に位置した時に前記皮膚断片よ り高い重力ポテンシャルに位置する栄養リザーバーと、(2)前記管状リザーバ ーに流れるように連結されたポンプと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載 の装置。
