Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 自己着火形内燃機関の触媒機、例えば酸化触媒機および/または還元触 媒機の機能監視方法であって、出力信号を形成するセンサが設けられており、該 出力信号は排ガス中の炭化水素の割合を指示するものである監視方法において、 前記センサの出力信号と、動作パラメータに依存して設定可能なパラメータと に基づいて、触媒機の瑕疵を識別する、ことを特徴とする監視方法。 2. 触媒機の監視が有意である持続時間に対する尺度である第1のパラメー タが検出可能であり、触媒機が正常に動作している持続時間に対する尺度である 第2のパラメータが検出可能であり、 第1のパラメータと第2のパラメータとの比較に基づいて触媒機の瑕疵を識別 する請求項1記載の方法。 3. 触媒機の検査を、所定の動作状態が存在するときだけ行う、請求項2記 載の方法。 4. 監視が行われる所定の動作状態が、回転数および噴射される燃料量の少 なくとも1つに依存して設定可能である、請求項3記載の方法。 5. 触媒機の正常動作を、排ガスの炭化水素の割合が閾値を越えていないと きに識別する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 6. 閾値は、排ガス温度、噴射量、回転数および 調量量のパラメータの少なくとも1つに依存する、請求項1から5までのいずれ か1項記載の方法。 7. 所定の動作状態が存在している第1の持続時間と、触媒機の正常動作が 識別される第2の持続時間を検出し、第1と第2の持続時間が背負い底の値以上 相互に偏差しているときにエラーを識別する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1 項記載の方法。 8. 所定の動作状態が存在しているときの放出される有害物質量を検出し、 有害物質量が所定の閾値を越えるときにエラーを識別する、請求項1から7ま でのいずれか1項記載の方法。 9. 有害物質量は、炭化水素の検出された割合、特性マップ値および空気量 値に基づいて検出可能である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 10. 自己着火形内燃機関の触媒機、例えば酸化触媒機および/または還元 触媒機の機能監視装置において、 センサが設けられており、該センサは出力信号を形成し、該出力信号は排ガス 中の炭化水素の割合を指示し、センサの出力信号に依存する手段を用いて触媒機 の瑕疵を識別する、ことを特徴とする監視装置。
