Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.車両と対象物との間の距離または相対速度を検出するためのレーダー機器 を有する回路装置であって、 前記車両に当該回路装置が配置されており、前記対象物は例えば別の車両であ り、 前記レーダー機器は、周波数変調レーダー信号を送信し、反射されたレーダー 信号を受信し、送信されたレーダー信号と受信されたレーダー信号との比較から 距離または相対速度が求められる形式の回路装置において、 車両に配置された速度センサにより車両速度が測定され、 レーダー機器(1)によりレーダー信号の周波数が、車両の速度に依存する変 調率で変化され、 当該変調率を車両速度が減少すると増大させるようにする、ことを特徴とする 回路装置。 2.車両速度が第1の所定の速度閾値よりも小さい場合、レーダー機器(1) によりレーダー信号の周波数を第1の大きな変調率で変化させる、請求項1記載 の回路装置。 3.車両速度が第1の所定の速度閾値よりも大きい場合、レーダー機器(1) によりレーダー信号の周波数を第2の変調率で変化させ、 該第2の変調率は第1の変調率よりも小さい、請求項2記載の回路装置。 4.車両速度が第1の所定の速度閾値よりも大きく、かつ第2の所定の速度閾 値よりも小さい場合、レーダー機器(1)から、第2の変調率による第2の変調 サイクル(b)と、第1の変調率による第1の変調サイクル(a)とを送信し、 ここで第2の所定の速度閾値は第1の所定の速度閾値よりも大きい、請求項3 記載の回路装置。 5.レーダー機器(1)から、第1の変調サイクルと第2の変調サイクルを交 互に送信する、請求項4記載の回路装置。 6.レーダー機器(1)から第1と第3の変調サイクルを送信する、請求項2 記載の回路装置。
