Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.シリンダ状側壁と閉端部を有し、運用圧力の時に該閉端部の若しくはこれ に隣接する内面若しくは外面に位置したピーク応力の少なくとも1つの領域を有 する圧力容器の処理方法であって、 その方法が、当該少なくとも1つの領域を塑性変形させるに充分な圧力を加え ることによって容器の内側にオートフレッタージュを施すことを含み、 処理された容器が、圧力を増加した時に、ピーク応力の各領域が内面若しくは 外面から離れて位置する性質を有する、圧力容器の処理方法。 2.容器がアルミニウム製である請求の範囲1の方法。 3.アルミニウムが、7000若しくは6000若しくは2000シリーズの 合金である請求の範囲2の方法。 4.圧力容器が後方押出により成形されたものである請求の範囲1ないし3い ずれかの方法。 5.金属の塑性変形が、閉端部が側壁と接合する内側ナックルで及び/又は容 器の軸上で閉端部の外面で、生じる請求の範囲1ないし4いずれかの方法。 6.加えた圧力が、容器の側壁を塑性変形させる程には重大ではない請求の範 囲1ないし5いずれかの方法。 7.圧力容器が、軸とシリンダ状側壁とその側壁にナックルで接合された閉端 部とを有し、高い圧力の時にピーク応力の領域が、ナックルに及び又は容器の軸 上閉端部において、内面又は外面から離れて材料内に位置する性質を有する圧力 容器。 8.容器を製造した材料がアルミニウムである請求の範囲7の圧力容器。 9.アルミニウムが6000若しくは7000シリーズの合金である請求の範 囲8の圧力容器。 10.高い圧力の時にシリンダ状側壁内の局部的な応力が、内面からその場の外 面に低下する性質を有する請求の範囲7ないし9いずれかの圧力容器。
