Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.回転駆動手段(36); 自由端部(40)を有し、該駆動手段によって回転するシャフト(38); 該シャフトの自由端部が中に入る凹所(34)を有するハウジング(32); 回転軸線と、該軸線に関して対称である能動的なトレッド面(80)、とをそ れぞれが有する複数のホイール(48); 該シャフトの軸線に沿って凹所内を移動するように取付けられ、該シャフトの 自由端部が貫通し得るオリフィス(52)を有するプレート(50)と、 回転軸線に沿って該プレートに対して該ホイールが並進移動するのを実質的に 阻止し、該シャフトの軸線に対して該ホイールの回転軸線を平行に保持し、各ホ イールの回転を可能にし、半径方向に沿う該ホイールの軸線の並進移動を案内す るための手段を含む、該プレートに対して該シャフトの軸線の回りを回転可能で ある可動手段(54、64)、とを含むホイールの取付け手段; を含む第1組立体と: 少なくとも円筒状部分を含む壁(16); 該壁の内面に取付けられる変形可能なチューブ状ダクト(22); を含む、第1組立体から独立した第2組立体: とを含むぜん動ポンプシステムであって、 該第2組立体を第1組立体のホイールの周りに係合させることにより、該ホイ ールのトレッド壁は、各ホイールの部分がオリフィスに対向配置されるように取 付け手段の回転軸線に向かって接触し、 取付け手段を第1組立体の凹所の中に押し下げることにより、シャフトの自由 端部は、オリフィスを貫通し、シャフトの側壁は、シャフトの軸線から半径方向 に離れるように拡開するためにホイールと協働し、チューブ状ダクトは、ホイー ルと第2組立体の壁との間で局所的に圧搾されることを特徴とするぜん動ポンプ システム。 2.第1組立体のハウジング(32)の凹所(34)は、シャフトに関して実 質的に円筒形状であり、底部(42)を含み、該凹所は、シャフトの軸線に沿う プレートの並進移動を案内するための手段(34)を更に含み、該凹所は、プレ ートを底部から遠ざけるために底部及びプレートの間に介装される弾性手段(7 8)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載のポンプシステム。 3.ホイールの取付け手段は、プレート(50)のオリフィス(52)の軸線 の回りを任意回転可能であるようにプレート(50)に取付けられ、オリフィス に対応し且つシャフト(38)を通すのに適した通路(60)を具備することを 特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のポンプシステム。 4.nのホイール(48)を含み、各ホイールは、その回転軸線に平行な2つ の端面(74、76)を更に呈し、回転軸の端部(70、72)は、該端面を越 えて延びることを特徴とする請求項3記載のポンプシステム。 5.取付け手段のターンテーブル(54)は、ホイールの回転軸線の両端を受 容するのに適したnのスライドウエイ形成手段(62、66)を含み、該スライ ドウエイ形成手段は、通路の軸線に対して半径方向に延びていることを特徴とす る請求項4記載のポンプシステム。 6.シャフト(38)の端部(40)は、取付け手段が凹所の中に押し下げら れるときに、シャフトがホイールの間を通るのを容易 化するために円錐状であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の ポンプシステム。 7.シャフト(38)の端部(40)は、シャフトの円筒状部分から離れると 小さくなる曲率を呈する軸方向断面の輪郭を有することを特徴とする請求項1か ら5のいずれかに記載のポンプシステム。 8.プレートに最も近接する各ホイールの端面(76)の外周は、面取りされ ていることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載のポンプシステム。 9.組立する手段は、弾性手段(86、104、104’)を更に含み、ホイ ール(48)をプレート(50)の中央に向かって付勢することを特徴とする請 求項1から8のいずれかに記載のポンプシステム。 10.取付け手段は、ターンテーブル(54、54’)に平行に取付けられた 上方ディスク(64、64’)を含み、該上方ディスクは、ホイールの回転軸線 の他方の対応する端部(70)を受容するためにnの別のスライドウエイ形成手 段(66)を有することを特徴とする請求項5記載のポンプシステム。 11.各スライドウエイ形成手段(62’、66’)は、オリフィス(100 )を有するスライダ(98、98’)を具備し、ホイールの回転軸線の端部(7 0、72)は、オリフィスの中に係合し、弾性手段(104、104’)は、ス ライドウエイ形成手段の外端部と対応するスライダとの間の各スライドウエイ形 成手段の中に配設されることを特徴とする請求項10記載のポンプシステム。 12.第1組立体は、組立する手段が第1組立体の凹所内に押し下げられる前 に、ホイール(48)を限定的な形式で拡開させるために、スライダ(98、9 8’)と協働するのに適した、上方ディ スク(64’)及びターンテーブル(54’)に関して並進移動可能であるプッ シュボタン形成手段(106)を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載のポ ンプシステム。 13.チューブ状ダクト(22)は、横断面が長円であることを特徴とする請 求項1から11のいずれかに記載のポンプシステム。
