Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. アミン溶媒洗浄処理系内の熱安定性アミン塩を制御する方法であって、 上記アミン溶媒処理系のアミン溶媒流れにN,N−ジエチルヒドロキシ ルアミンとヒドロキノンを該熱安定性アミン塩の生成量を低くしそして腐食を抑 制するに充分な量で添加する、 ことを含む方法。 2. 上記ヒドロキノンに対するN,N−ジエチルヒドロキシルアミンの重量 比がヒドロキノン1部当たり約0.5から約6部のN,N−ジエチルヒドロキシ ルアミンから成る範囲である請求の範囲第1項の方法。 3. 上記アミン溶媒系に入り込む酸素に対する、N,N−ジエチルヒドロキ シルアミンとヒドロキノンを一緒にした量の比率が、1ppm当たり約0.5か ら約5ppmの範囲である請求の範囲第1項の方法。 4. 該N,N−ジエチルヒドロキシルアミンとヒドロキノンを一緒にした量 が、上記アミン溶媒流れ中の鉄のレベルを前以て決めたレベルより低いレベルに 維持するような量である請求の範囲第1項の方法。 5. アミン溶媒処理系内の熱安定性アミン塩を制御する方法であって、 上記アミン溶媒処理系のアミン溶媒流れにN,N−ジエチルヒドロキシ ルアミンとヒドロキノンから本質的に成る熱安定性アミン塩抑制剤組成物を添加 するが、上記抑制剤組成物を、熱安定性アミン塩の生成量を低くするに充分な量 で添加する、 ことを含む方法。 6. 上記抑制剤組成物を、上記アミン溶媒系に入り込む酸素に対す る抑制剤組成物の比率が酸素1ppm当たり約0.5から5ppmの抑制剤組成 物から成る比率になるに充分な量で添加する請求の範囲第5項の方法。 7. 上記ヒドロキノンに対するN,N−ジエチルヒドロキシルアミンの比率 がヒドロキノン1部当たり約0.5から約6部のN,N−ジエチルヒドロキシル アミンから成る範囲である請求の範囲第5項の方法。
