Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 改良セメント組成物であって、ポートランドセメント、ブレンドセメン トまたはアルミナセメントから選択される水硬セメント粉末とその中に該セメン トを基準にして0.8から5重量パーセントの量で均一に分散している式: [式中、 各Rは、独立して、水素原子またはC1−C2アルキルから選択され、各R’は、 独立して、C1−C2アルキルから選択され、そしてnは、1または2の整数であ る] で表される少なくとも1種のポリオール化合物との混合物を含むセメント組成物 。 2. 該ポリオール化合物が該水硬セメントの重量を基準にして1から3重量 パーセントの量で存在している請求の範囲第1項のセメント組成物。 3. 該式Iで表される化合物が2−メチル−2,4−ペンタンジオールであ る請求の範囲第2項のセメント組成物。 4. ナフタレンスルホネート−ホルムアルデヒド縮合物、リグニンスルホネ ート類、メラミンスルホネート−ホルムアルデヒド縮合物、ポリアクリレート類 、および無水マレイン酸とアルケニルエーテルアルコール類のコポリマー類、か ら成る群から選択される減水剤を該セメントを基準にして0.05から5重量パ ーセントの量で更に含む請求の範囲 第2項のセメント組成物。 5. コンクリート組成物を与えるように更に該セメントを微細粒子および粗 い骨材と一緒に混合した請求の範囲第1項のセメント組成物。 6. コンクリート組成物を与えるように更に該セメントを微細粒子および粗 い骨材と一緒に混合した請求の範囲第2項のセメント組成物。 7. コンクリート組成物を与えるように更に該セメントを微細粒子および粗 い骨材と一緒に混合した請求の範囲第3項のセメント組成物。 8. 乾燥時の収縮およびその結果として起こる亀裂の抑制を示し得る構造コ ンクリートを製造する方法であって、 a)水硬セメント、微細骨材、粗い骨材、水、および該水硬セメントの重量を基 準にして約0.8から5重量パーセントの式: [式中、 各Rは、独立して、水素原子またはC1−C2アルキルから選択され、各R’は、 独立して、C1−C2アルキルから選択され、そしてnは、1または2の整数であ る] で表される少なくとも1種のポリオール化合物、を含む混合物を生じさせ、 b)この混合物を鋳型に流し込み、そして c)この混合物を硬化させることで、収縮およびその結果として起こる亀裂の低 下を示す形状構造物を生じさせる、 ことを含む方法。 9. 該セメントと微細骨材と粗い骨材を20−25/35−45/80−5 5の重量比で存在させ、セメントに対する水の比率を0.25から0.6にし、 そして該セメントとポリオール化合物の重量比を95:5から99.2:0.8 にする請求の範囲第6項の方法。 10. 該混合物に更に空気連行剤、発泡剤、硬化促進剤、硬化遅延剤、腐食 抑制剤または追加的収縮低下剤およびそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される セメント混和材を含める請求の範囲第9項の方法。
