Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子及び第2の種類のヒドロゲ ル形成粒子の乾燥混合物からなる吸収性ゲル化剤において、 前記第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子の対圧力吸収力が、前記第2の種類のヒ ドロゲル形成粒子の対圧力吸収力よりも大きく、前記第2の種類のヒドロゲル形 成粒子の重量が第1及び第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子の総重量の少なくとも 10%である、ことを特徴とする吸収性ゲル化剤。 2. 前記第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子の中間マス粒径が、実質的に、前 記第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子の中間マス粒径よりも小さくない、請求項1 に記載の吸収性ゲル化剤。 3. 第1及び第2の種類の材料のAAP値の差が少なくとも2g/g である、 請求項1又は2に記載の吸収性ゲル化剤。 4. 前記第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子は、対圧力吸収力値AAP1 を有 し、第1及び第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子の総重量の一区分wが前記第1の 種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子からなり、第1及び第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子 の総重量の一区分pが前記第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子からなり、前記第2 の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子は、対圧力吸収力値AAP2 を有し、ここで、 p+w=1であり、 混合物の対圧力吸収力値AAP1,2 は、 AAP1,2 >w.AAP1 +p.AAP2 であり、 対圧力吸収力値は、21.1g/cm2(0.3psi.)乃至70.3g/cm2(1psi. )、好ましくは、35.2g/cm2(0.5psi.)乃至56.2g/cm2(0.8psi. )の圧力で計測された、請求項1、2、又は3に記載の吸収性ゲル化剤。 5. 49.2g/cm2(0.7psi.)の圧力では、前記第1の種類のヒドロゲ ル形成粒子のAAP値は、少なくとも15g/g である、請求項1乃至4のうちの いずれか一項に記載の吸収性ゲル化剤。 6. 49.2g/cm2(0.7psi.)の圧力では、前記第2の種類のヒドロゲ ル形成粒子のAAP値は、25g/g 以下である、請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれ か一項に記載の吸収性ゲル化剤。 7. 前記第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子のAAP値は、前記第2の種類の ヒドロゲル形成粒子のAAP値の少なくとも1.25倍である、請求項1乃至6 のうちのいずれか一項に記載の吸収性ゲル化剤。 8. 少なくとも第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子及び第2の種類のヒドロゲ ル形成粒子の乾燥混合物からなる吸収性ゲル化剤において、 前記第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子のティーバッグ遠心容量(TCC)値は 、前記第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子のティーバッグ遠心容量値よりも大きく 、前記第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子は、第1及び第2の種類のヒドロゲル形 成材料の総重量の少なくとも10%を占め、前記混合物の対圧力吸収力値は、前 記第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子及び前記第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子の いずれか一つの対圧力吸収力値よりも大きく、対圧力吸収力値の計測は、21. 1g/cm2(0.3psi.)乃至70.3g/cm2(1psi.)、好ましくは、35.2g/ cm2(0.5psi.)乃至56.2g/cm2(0.8psi.)の圧力で行われる、ことを 特徴とする吸収性ゲル化剤。 9. 前記第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成材料のティーバッグ遠心容量値は、少 なくとも19g/g である、請求項8に記載の吸収性ゲル化剤。 10. 前記第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成材料のティーバッグ遠心容量値は、 40g/g 以下である、請求項8又は9に記載の吸収性ゲル化剤。 11. 前記第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子の量は、第1及び第2の種類の ヒドロゲル形成材料の総重量の10%乃至75%を占め、好ましくは、第1及び 第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子の総重量の20%乃至60%を占める、請求項 1乃至10のうちのいずれか一項に記載の吸収性ゲル化剤。 12. 前記第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子の中間マス粒径は、50μm乃 至400μmであり、前記第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子の中間マス粒径は、 250μm乃至800μmである、請求項1乃至11のうちのいずれか一項に記 載の吸収性ゲル化剤。 13. 請求項1乃至12のうちのいずれか一項に記載の吸収性ゲル化剤から なる吸収性物品。 14. 少なくとも、第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子及び第2の種類のヒド ロゲル形成粒子の乾燥混合物からなり、前記第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子の 対圧力吸収力値又はティーバッグ遠心容量値が、前記第2の種類のヒドロゲル形 成粒子の対圧力吸収力値又はティーバッグ遠心容量値よりも大きい、吸収性ゲル 化剤の製造方法において、 前記第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成材料及び前記第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成材 料を提供する工程と、 両種類のヒドロゲル形成材料を混合手段に入れる工程と、 両種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子を混合して混合物を形成する工程とを有する、方 法。 15. ヒドロゲル形成粒子の一区分をヒドロゲル形成粒子のバルクマスから 分離する工程と、 分離したヒドロゲル形成粒子の一区分を物理的に又は化学的に改質して分離し た区分の対圧力吸収力値又はティーバッグ遠心容量値又はこの両方を向上させ、 前記第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子を形成する工程と、 改質した分離した区分をバルクマスに戻して混合する工程とを有する、ことを 特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 16. 分離した区分は、篩分け又は空気分離によって得られ、分離した区分 は、表面架橋によって改質される、請求項15に記載の方法。 17. 前記第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子を形成する第1モノマーを重合 する工程と、 前記第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子を形成する第2モノマーを重合する工程 と、 前記第1の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子と前記第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子 とを混合する工程を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の吸収性ゲル化 剤の製造方法。 18. 第1及び第2の種類のヒドロゲル形成粒子は、混合後に表面架橋され る、請求項17に記載の方法。
