Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.チューインガムベースの製造方法であって、所望のチューインガムベースを 製造するのに必要な成分の全てを単一の押出機に添加し、押出機内に少なくとも 2つの混合区域を用意し、チューインガムベースを単一の押出機から製造するこ とを特徴とする方法。 2.2つの混合区域は、分布混合区域及び分散混合区域を含むことを特徴とする 請求項1記載の方法。 3.エラストマー及び充填剤を、チューインガムベースの他の成分に先立って押 出機内へ供給することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 4.押出機は、第1の分散混合区域を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法 。 5.押出機は、高効率ミキサーであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 6.押出機は、ブレード・アンド・ピン形ミキサーであることを特徴とする請求 項1記載の方法。 7.前記方法を、異方向回転噛み合い形二軸押出機で実施することを特徴とする 請求項1記載の方法。 8.押出機は、隣接の歯付き要素に対して逆方向に回転する複数の歯付き要素を 含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 9.チューインガムベース成分を少なくとも2つの空間的に離隔した箇所で押出 機に添加することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 10.チューインガムベース成分の一部に、高分布度混合操作を施す前に、高分散 度混合操作を施すことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 11.添加工程及び混合工程を制御して定常状態で働くようにすることを特徴とす る請求項1記載の方法。 12.チューインガムベース成分のうち少なくとも幾分かを、粘度の減少順にほぼ 一致する順番で、互いに異なる場所において押出機に添加することを特徴とする 請求項1記載の方法。 13.請求項1記載の方法により製造されたチューインガムベース。 14.チューインガムベースの製造方法であって、所望のチューインガムベースを 製造するのに必要な成分の全てを単一の押出機に添加し、押出機内でチューイン ガムベース成分を混合し、単一押出機を用いてチューインガムベースを製造する ことを特徴とする方法。 15.エラストマー及び充填剤を、チューインガムベースの他の成分に先立って押 出機内へ供給することを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。 16.押出機は、第1の分散混合区域を含むことを特徴とする請求項14記載の方 法。 17.押出機は、高効率ミキサーであることを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。 18.押出機は、ブレード・アンド・ピン形ミキサーを含むことを特徴とする請求 項14記載の方法。 19.前記方法を、異方向回転噛み合い形二軸押出機で実施することを特徴とする 請求項14記載の方法。 20.チューインガムベース成分を少なくとも2つの空間的に離隔した箇所で押出 機に添加することを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。 21.チューインガムベース成分の一部に、高分布度混合操作を施す前に、高分散 度混合操作を施すことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 22.請求項14記載の方法により製造されたチューインガムベース。 23.チューインガムベース成分のうち少なくとも幾分かを、粘度の減少順にほぼ 一致する順番で、互いに異なる場所において押出機に添加することを特徴とする 請求項14記載の方法。 24.チューインガムの製造方法であって、所望のチューインガムベースを製造す るのに必要な成分の全てを単一の押出機に添加し、押出機内に、チューインガム ベース成分に互いに異なる混合条件を与える少なくとも2つの混合区域を用意し 、チューインガムベースを単一の押出機から製造し、チューインガムベースを他 の成分と混合してチューインガムを製造することを特徴とする方法。 25.押出機は、高効率ミキサーであることを特徴とする請求項24記載の方法。 26.押出機は、ブレード・アンド・ピン形ミキサーを含むことを特徴とする請求 項24記載の方法。 27.前記方法を、異方向回転噛み合い形二軸押出機で実施することを特徴とする 請求項24記載の方法。 28.チューインガムベース成分を少なくとも2つの空間的に離隔した箇所で押出 機に添加することを特徴とする請求項24記載の方法。 29.チューインガムベース成分の一部に、高分布度混合操作を施す前に、高分散 度混合操作を施すことを特徴とする請求項24記載の方法。 30.チューインガムベース成分のうち少なくとも幾分かを、粘度の減少順にほぼ 一致する順番で、互いに異なる場所において押出機に添加することを特徴とする 請求項24記載の方法。 31.請求項24記載の方法により製造されたチューインガム。
