Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.その中に粒状の木炭を分散したアルギン酸塩布帛。 2.布帛の厚さが0.5−5mmである請求項1のアルギン酸塩布帛。 3.粒状の木炭が、顆粒又は粉末の形である請求項1又は2のアルギン酸塩布帛 。 4.粒状の木炭が、500−3000m2の表面積を有する粉末の形である請求 項1−3の何れか一つの項のアルギン酸塩布帛。 5.木炭が、布帛の1−30重量%を占める請求項1−4の何れか一つの項のア ルギン酸塩布帛。 6.布帛が、布帛1g当たり少なくとも40gの脱イオン水の吸収性を有するア ルギン酸塩布帛からなる請求項1−5の何れか一つの項のアルギン酸塩布帛。 7.布帛が、温度に対して温度による繊維の重量損失%の一次導関数のプロット において100−400℃の範囲の分裂した極大を有することを特徴とするアル ギン酸塩繊維を含む請求項1−6の何れか一つの項のアルギン酸塩布帛。 8.布帛が、温度に対して温度による繊維の重量損失%の一次導関数のプロット において100−400℃の範囲の二つの極大を有することを特徴とするアルギ ン酸塩繊維を含む請求項1−7の何れか一つの項のアルギン酸塩布帛。 9.布帛が、以下の工程、 (i)約90−98%例えば95−98%のアルギン酸繊維を含む繊維を製造す るために好適な酸によりアルギン酸塩繊維を処理する工程、 (ii)1価又は2価の陽イオンの飽和水溶液によるアルギン酸繊維の処理工程 、 (iii)繊維による水の吸収が有効に終わるまで水により繊維を洗う工程、 (iv)水溶性のアルギン酸塩を形成できる陽イオンの源により繊維を処理する 工程 を含む方法により得ることのできるアルギン酸塩繊維を含む請求項1−8の何れ か一つの項のアルギン酸塩布帛。 10.工程iのアルギン酸塩繊維がアルギン酸カルシウムである請求項9のアル ギン酸塩繊維を含むアルギン酸塩布帛。 11.他のイオン及び/又は薬剤が、工程iv中又は後に含まれる請求項9又は 10のアルギン酸塩布帛。 12.繊維が、ヒアルロン酸又はその製薬上許容可能な塩を含む請求項9−11 の何れか一つの項のアルギン酸塩布帛。 13.繊維が、30℃より低いガラス転移範囲を有することを特徴とするアルギ ン酸塩繊維を含む請求項1−12の何れか一つの項のアルギン酸塩布帛。 14.繊維が、0−15Hzの範囲のTanδの植を有することを特徴とするア ルギン酸塩繊維を含む請求項1−13の何れか一つの項のアルギン酸塩布帛。 15.請求項1−14の何れか一つの項のアルギン酸塩布帛を含む外傷手当材。 16.火傷又は潰瘍又は他の滲出性外傷の治療のための滅菌手当材の形の請求項 1−15の何れか一つの項のアルギン酸塩布帛を含む外傷手当材。
