Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1および第2の端部を有する遮へいされたワイヤケーブルのための遮へい 完全性モニタシステムであって、組合せにおいて、 前記遮へいされたワイヤケーブルの第1の端部に結合され、前記遮へいされた ワイヤケーブルの共振周波数を掃引するためのテスト信号発生器と、 前記遮へいされたワイヤケーブルの前記第2の端部に結合され、前記遮へいさ れたワイヤケーブルの共振周波数の変化を判断して前記遮へいされたワイヤケー ブルの遮へい回路の破壊を示すための受信回路とを含む、遮へいされた一体的モ ニタシステム。 2.前記受信回路が、 振幅検出器と、 ピークタイミング回路と、 前記振幅検出器と前記ピークタイミング回路との間に結合されるピーク保持回 路とを含む、請求項1に記載の遮へいされた一体的モニタ。 3.前記テスト信号発生器が鋸波で周波が変調されたテスト信号を与え、それに より周波数は周波数f1から周波数f2まで時間と線形的に変化し、 前記テスト信号は鋸波関数の1/2の周波数で方形波によってさらに100% 振幅が変調される、請求項1または2に記載の遮へいされた一体的モニタ。
