Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)天然及び合成繊維から構成される群から選択される繊維と、 (b)粒子を繊維に結合するために有機ヒドロキシ酸の塩を含む結合剤であって 、繊維又は粒子とハイブリッドイオン結合を形成することが可能な少なくとも1 個の官能基と、結合剤が粒子とハイブリッドイオン結合を形成する場合には繊維 と結合を形成し、結合剤が繊維とハイブリッドイオン結合を形成する場合には粒 子と結合を形成することが可能な別の官能基を含む結合剤を含む繊維ウェブ。 2.結合剤が粒子とハイブリッドイオン結合を形成する場合に繊維との間で形成 される結合が水素又はハイブリッドイオン結合であり、結合剤が繊維とハイブリ ッドイオン結合を形成する場合に粒子との間で形成される結合が水素、配位共有 、又はハイブリッドイオン結合である請求項1に記載のウェブ。 3.有機ヒドロキシ酸がカルボン酸、リン酸、ホスホン酸、ホスフィン酸、スル ホン酸及びその非反応性組み合わせから構成される群から選択される請求項1に 記載のウェブ。 4.有機ヒドロキシ酸が乳酸である請求項1に記載のウェブ。 5.有機ヒドロキシ酸の塩が乳酸ナトリウムである請求項4に記載のウェブ。 6.高吸湿性ポリマー粒子を更に含む請求項4に記載のウェブ。 7.繊維柔軟剤を更に含む請求項1に記載のウェブ。 8.ウェブのpHを>約pH4に維持するために十分な量の緩衝剤を更に含む請 求項1に記載のウェブ。 9.繊維がセルロース繊維であり、結合剤が乳酸ナトリウムであり、結合剤と繊 維の総重量を基にして約0.5〜約10重量%の範囲の量の結合剤を繊維に添加 する請求項1に記載のウェブ。 10.グリセリン、ソルビトール又は乳酸を更に含む請求項9に記載のウェブ。 11.繊維、乳酸ナトリウム、グリセリン、ソルビトール及び乳酸の総重量を基 にして約0〜約20%の範囲の量のグリセリンが存在し、約0〜約15%の範囲 の量のソルビトールが存在し、約0〜約10%の範囲の量の乳酸が存在する請求 項10に記載のウェブ。 12.繊維が化学熱機械的繊維である請求項11に記載のウェブ。 13.繊維又は粒子とハイブリッドイオン結合を形成することが可能な少なくと (b)粒子を繊維に結合するために有機塩基の塩を含む結合剤であって、繊維又 は粒子とイオン結合を形成することが可能な少なくとも1個の官能基と、結合剤 が粒子とイオン結合を形成する場合には繊維と水素、ハイブリッドイオン、又は イオン結合を形成し、結合剤が繊維とイオン結合を形成する場合には粒子と水素 、配位共有、ハイブリッドイオン又はイオン結合を形成することが可能な別の官 43.結合剤が粒子とハイブリッドイオン又はイオン結合を形成する場合に繊維 との間で形成される結合が水素、ハイブリッドイオン又はイオン結合であり、結 合剤が繊維とハイブリッドイオン又はイオン結合を形成する場合に粒子との間で 形成される結合が水素、ハイブリッドイオン、イオン又は配位共有結合である請 求項42に記載の方法。 44.アミノ酸がサルコシン、グリシン、アラニン、バリン、セリン、プロリン 、トレオニン、システイン、グルタミン酸、リシン又はβ−アラニンから構成さ れる群から選択される請求項42に記載の方法。 45.アミノ酸がサルコシン、グリシン、β−アラニン、プロリン及びトレオニ ンから構成される群から選択される請求項44に記載の方法。 46.繊維塊の密度を増加するのに十分な圧力下で繊維塊を圧縮する段階を更に 含む請求項42に記載の方法。 リッドイオン結合を形成する場合に粒子との間で形成される結合が水素、配位共 有又はハイブリッドイオン結合である請求項49に記載の吸収品。 51.有機ヒドロキシ酸がカルボン酸、リン酸、ホスホン酸、ホスフィン酸、ス ルホン酸及びその非反応性組み合わせから構成される群から選択される請求項4 9に記載の吸収品。 52.有機ヒドロキシ酸が乳酸である請求項51に記載の吸収品。 の量のソルビトールが存在し、約0〜約10%の範囲の量の乳酸が存在する請求 項58に記載の吸収品。 60.繊維が化学熱機械的繊維である請求項49に記載の吸収品。 61.繊維又は粒子とハイブリッドイオン結合を形成することが可能な少なくと も1個の官能基が、ヒドロキシル、カルボキシル、スルホン酸、リン酸、ホスホ ン酸、ホスフィン酸、スルホンアミド、カルボキシレート、スルホネート、ホス フェート、ホスホネート、及びホスフィネートから構成される群から選択される 請求項49に記載の吸収品。 62.(a)天然及び合成繊維から構成される群から選択される繊維と、 (b)粒子を繊維に結合するために有機塩基の塩を含む結合剤であって、繊維又 は粒子とイオン結合を形成することが可能な少なくとも1個の官能基と、結合剤 が粒子とイオン結合を形成する場合には繊維と水素、ハイブリッドイオン又はイ オン結合を形成し、結合剤が繊維とイオン結合を形成する場合には粒子と水素、 配位共有、ハイブリッドイオン又はイオン結合を形成することが可能な別の官能 基を含む結合剤を含む使い捨て液体吸収品。 63.有機塩基がプロトン化第1、第2及び第3級アミン並びに脱プロトン化第 4級アンモニウム塩から構成される群から選択される請求項62に記載の吸収品 。
