Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a liquid having inhibitory and sterilizing effects on disease and insect pest harmful to vegetables and fruit trees by actions of pyrolignous acid harmless to human and insects, having controlling effects on disease and inset pest sticking to vegetables and fruit trees and of an antioxidizing substance and an enzyme produced by EM (useful microorganism group). SOLUTION: Pyrolignous acid generated in carbonizing tree, grass, shell of plant, etc., is mixed with a cultured useful microorganism group (namely a liquid obtained by mixing 1 pt.wt. of molasses (a byproduct prepared in a process for obtaining molasses) with 20 pts.wt. of underground water, dissolving, formulating the solution with a small amount of lactic acid bacteria, yeast fungus, Aspergillus oryzae, a photosynthetic bacterium group and a useful microorganism group, fermenting the formulated material at 35 deg.C for 7 days and aging the fermented material at 20 deg.C for 20 days by a bioreactor) in the ratio of the culture solution of the useful microorganism group to the pyrolignous acid of 1:2 and allowed to stand at a normal temperature for 30 days.

[Industrial application field] This useful microorganism group (hereinafter referred to as Eff
active-Micro-organisms: "E
M ”) is photosynthetic bacteria, koji mold, yeast, lactic acid bacteria, etc.
It consists of anaerobic bacteria and microaerobic bacteria.
It has a function to suppress oxidation and decay, so by spraying or irrigating the leaves and roots of plants, the wax layer and cuticle layer are strengthened and the resistance to pests is increased. By mixing the solution, the acidity is increased, the microorganisms are activated, and the antibacterial action is increased. In particular, it is useful for the control and sterilization of mold diseases and viruses in house cultivation and the like, as well as onscot whitefly and leaf mites. In addition, it becomes easy to use insects (bees) for pollination to improve fruit set in the house.

2. Description of the Related Art Insecticidal sterilization of pests is mainly due to chemical substances and is harmful to humans and livestock. In particular, in houses and greenhouse cultivation, damage caused by accumulation of pesticide residues has spread to producers as a matter of course. In addition, since a large amount of pesticides are used in golf courses and the like, contamination of groundwater and the like is a social problem, and insects for pollination cannot be used.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an EM cultured with an organic acid, a phenolic carbonyl compound alcohol, a neutral component, a base component and molasses, which are the main components of the smoked vinegar solution.
The action of antioxidants and enzymes produced by (useful microorganisms) suppresses and decomposes harmful bacteria and strengthens the wax layer and cuticle layer that protects the leaves of plants. The function of organic acids and the like is to grow plants with strong disease control.

According to the present invention, house strawberry cultivation and house tomato cultivation in house cultivation in which pests are liable to occur from October to the following year 4
For 6 months until the month, spraying of 1,000 times solution five times a month and 5,000 times solution of Shiyo were performed four times a month, but the number of chemical pesticides against pests that had been performed until now was 10 times. It was also recognized that pesticide-free cultivation was not a dream, and that safe vegetables and fruits could be supplied, and that bee activity for pollinating strawberries was good and fruiting was good.
