Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a tray container which is hard to break, and for which an easy separatability with a lid member is ensured by a method wherein a laminated body of a gas barrier layer and an easily separatable layer, is bonded to one of expanded polyethylene layers with an adhesive, and at the same time, a shaping material is laminated on the other surface. SOLUTION: For an expanded polyethylene resin 1 which is used as an intermediate layer of a laminated sheet, the expansion ratio is 5 times or less, and the density is 0.15-0.85g/cc. On one surface of the expanded polyethylene resin 1, a laminated body of a gas barrier layer 3 such as an ethylene-vinylalcohol copolymer, and an easily separatable layer 4 for which the kind of a polyolefin based resin is made different from that of a lid member, is affixed with an adhesive 2. The lamination of the gas barrier layer 3 and the separatable layer 4 is performed by co-extrusion, and the laminated body comes into contact with one surface of an expanded polyolefin resin 5. On the other surface of the expanded polyethylene resin 1, a shaping material 5 of a non-draw polypropylene, is laminated with an adhesive layer 2'. A tray container is formed with the surface on which the shaping material is laminated facing outside.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a tray container for storing meat such as ham, sausage, etc., a tray container made of expanded polystyrene resin having a small water absorbing property and a low moisture absorbing property and having heat insulating properties has been used. Is covered with a lid made of a transparent thin resin film. However, the tray container made of expanded polystyrene resin is brittle and easily broken, and it is difficult to ensure easy peelability from the lid material. Therefore, in order to improve these drawbacks, it is conceivable to laminate another resin layer on the expanded polystyrene resin. However, since the expanded polystyrene resin is fragile, there is a disadvantage that the laminated resin layer is easily peeled off.

That is, in the present invention, a foamed polyethylene resin is used in place of the conventionally used foamed polystyrene resin, and a laminate of a gas barrier layer and an easily peelable layer is bonded to one surface of the foamed polyethylene resin via an adhesive. By reducing the oxygen gas permeability to prevent discoloration of the contents due to oxygen, ensuring easy peelability from the lid material, and laminating the shape-forming material on the other surface, the foamed polyethylene resin layer This imparts shapeability, facilitates forming such as drawing, deformation, and embossing, and imparts properties as a laminated sheet for the tray container body.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail. The expanded polyethylene used as the intermediate layer of the laminated sheet of the present invention has an expansion ratio of 5 times or less and a density of 0.15 to 0.15.
It is about 0.85 g / cc. When the expansion ratio is 5 times or more, there is no stiffness (rigidity) as a molding tray, and 0.8.
If it is 5 g / cc or more, the specific heat is large, and it takes a long time for cooling during vacuum forming, making it difficult to form. The thickness of the foamed polyethylene resin layer is about 0.3 mm to 1.0 mm, thereby securing the bulk of the tray container.

In the present invention, a laminate of a gas barrier layer and an easily peelable layer is attached to one surface of the foamed polyethylene resin via an adhesive. As the gas barrier layer, an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer or a polyvinylidene chloride resin is preferable, and the gas barrier layer prevents discoloration of the contents. And an easy peeling layer is laminated on this gas barrier layer. The easily peelable layer is provided in order to ensure the easy peelability of the tray container body from the cover material. The easily peelable layer is not generally determined in relation to the cover material, but is generally a polyolefin-based material. This can be achieved by making the type of resin different from the lid material, or by adding and blending an adhesion inhibitor or an adhesion reducing agent to the polyolefin resin. The lamination of the gas barrier layer and the release layer is laminated by coextrusion, and this is adhered to one side of the expanded polyolefin. The bonding of the laminated body of the gas barrier layer and the release layer to the foamed polyethylene is performed by a thermocompression bonding method or a nation method of bonding the two while extruding the polyethylene.

[0008] A shape-forming material is laminated on the other surface of the foamed polyethylene sheet. Since the foamed polyethylene sheet has relatively poor shapeability, a shape-forming material having good shapeability is laminated to improve thermoformability. As the shapeable material to be used, unstretched polypropylene is preferable, and its thickness is 2
It is about 0 to 100 μm. The means for laminating the foamed polyethylene sheet and the shape-forming material is not particularly limited, but when an unstretched polypropylene sheet is used as the shape-forming material, by sticking while extruding polyethylene as an adhesive layer. It is preferable to laminate.

Next, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples. Example Foamed polyethylene having a thickness of 0.6 mm and an expansion ratio of 1.5 (trade name: PQ sheet, manufactured by Polen Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.)
Olefin-based easy peel layer / adhesive layer / ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer layer / adhesive layer /
Co-extruded laminated film 7 consisting of low density polyethylene layer
The laminated sheet was obtained by thermocompression bonding of 5 μm using an induction heating roll heated to a surface temperature of 160 ° C. under a pressure of 10 kg / cm 2 with a low-density polyethylene layer as a bonding surface. Next, if the other low foamed polyethylene surface of this laminated sheet was composed of a 50 μm thick polypropylene layer / adhesive layer / low density polyethylene layer, the coextruded film (trade name: TAF511, manufactured by Tosero Chemical Co., Ltd.) had a low density. A polyethylene layer was used as a bonding surface, and a low-density polyethylene film was extruded as an adhesive layer by 20 μm, and the two sheets were bonded together by a lamination method to produce an intended laminated sheet for a tray container body. After heating the laminated sheet for tray container main body to 115 ° C. using an infrared heater, a 35 mm tray container was formed by vacuum forming method. Was completed.

As described above, the laminated sheet for the tray container body of the present invention does not crack as in the conventional tray container body made of expanded polystyrene shell by using foamed polyethylene as the central layer. In addition, the tray container can be easily formed by laminating the shape-forming material on one surface of the foamed polyethylene layer,
Since the gas barrier layer and the easily peelable layer are sequentially laminated on the inner surface of the obtained container, discoloration of the contents such as meat in the container due to oxygen can be prevented, and the presence of the peeling layer makes it possible to prevent discoloration of the contents. The effect of being able to secure the easy peeling property was obtained.
