Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. シャフトにより回転可能な太陽歯車と、 リング・ギヤー・ハウジングに固定されたリング・ギヤーと、 遊星歯車キャリアー内に回転可能に取り付けられ且つ前記太陽歯車および前記 リング・ギヤーのそれぞれと噛み合っている複数の遊星歯車と、 を有する遊星歯車列のカップリング・システムであって、 前記太陽歯車を前記シャフトに連結する太陽歯車カップリングを有し、この太 陽歯車カップリングは、前記太陽歯車と前記シャフトのずれに適応するために非 柔軟スピンドルに結合された少なくとも一つの波状柔軟区画を有し、 前記リング・ギヤー・ハウジングを非回転機械的グラウンドに連結するリング ・ギヤー・カップリングを有し、このリング・ギヤー・カップリングは、前記リ ング・ギヤー・ハウジングと前記機械的グラウンドのずれに適応するために非柔 軟ハブに結合された少なくとも一つの波状柔軟部分を有することを特徴とするカ ップリング・システム。 2. 請求項1記載のカップリング・システムにおいて、 前記柔軟区画は、円筒リングを含み、前記リングは前記スピンドルより大きい 直径を有し、前記リングは縦に間隔を置いた二つのダイアフラムで前記スピンド ルに結合されており、前記ダイアフラム、 前記リングおよび前記スピンドルの間の接合部は柔軟性を改善し且つ応力集中を 最小にするために曲線断面を有し、 前記柔軟部分はアーチを含み、前記アーチは前記ハブの半径方向外側に位置し 且つ前記ハブに連結されており、それらの間の接合部は柔軟性を改善し且つ応力 を最小にするために曲線断面を有することを特徴とするカップリング・システム 。 3. 請求項1記載のカップリング・システムにおいて、 前記スピンドルの内部に固定された筒状インサートを有し、この筒状インサー トは、光学器具を所定位置に案内して前記波状柔軟区画の内部を検査するための 各波状柔軟区画に対応する少なくとも二つのひじ形部材を有することを特徴とす るカップリング・システム。 4. 請求項1記載のカップリング・システムにおいて、 第一および第二支持体を備えた変位制限装置を有し、前記第一支持体は前記リ ング・ギヤー・ハウジングから縦に伸び、前記第二支持体は前記機械的グラウン ドに固定されており、 前記第二支持体は、前記第一および第二支持体の相互接触によって前記リング ・ギヤー・ハウジングの過度の半径方向変位が妨げられるように、前記第一支持 体と少なくとも部分的に縦に同一の広がりを持ち且つ半径方向に隔てられている ことを特徴とするカップリング・システム。 5. 請求項4記載のカップリング・システムにおいて、 前記リング・ギヤー・ハウジングの振動を制限するように、前記第一および第 二支持体の半径方向中間に、振動減衰装置が配置されていることを特徴とするカ ップリング・システム。 6. 請求項5記載のカップリング・システムにおいて、 前記減衰装置は、スクイーズ・フィルム・ダンパーであることを特徴とするカ ップリング・システム。 7. 請求項1記載のカップリング・システムにおいて、 前記リング・ギヤー・ハウジングは、アンティトルク・スプラインを有し、前 記機械的グラウンドは、協同スプラインを有し、両スプラインは正常運転中は噛 み合わず、かつ、前記リング・ギヤー・カップリングが破損または変形した場合 に噛み合うことにより前記リング・ギヤー・ハウジングの回転に抵抗することを 特徴とするカップリング.システム。 8. 請求項1のカップリング・システムにおいて、 前記柔軟区画および前記柔軟部分は、それぞれ連続的であることを特徴とする カップリング・システム。 9. 請求項1のカップリング・システムにおいて、 前記太陽歯車カップリングはトルクおよび回転運動の供給源により駆動され、 そして前記遊星歯車キャリアーはトルクおよび回転運 動を外部回転装置に供給することを特徴とするカップリング・システム。 10. シャフトにより回転可能な太陽歯車と、 リング・ギヤー・ハウジングに固定されたリング・ギヤーと、 遊星歯車キャリアー内に回転可能に取り付けられ且つ前記太陽歯車および前記 リング・ギヤーと噛み合っている複数の遊星歯車と、 を有する遊星歯車列のカップリング・システムであって、 前記太陽歯車を前記シャフトに連結する太陽歯車カップリングを有し、この太 陽歯車カップリングは、前記太陽歯車と前記シャフトのずれに適応するために非 柔軟スピンドルに結合された少なくとも一つの波状柔軟区画を有し、前記柔軟区 画は円筒リングを含み、前記リングは前記スピンドルより大きい直径を有し、前 記リングは縦に間隔を置いた二つのダイアフラムで前記スピンドルに結合されて おり、前記ダイアフラム、前記リングおよび前記スピンドルの間の接合部は、柔 軟性を改善し且つ応力集中を最小にするための曲線断面を有し、 前記リング・ギヤー・ハウジングを非回転機械的グラウンドに連結するリング ・ギヤー・カップリングを有し、このリング・ギヤー・カップリングは、前記リ ング・ギヤー・ハウジングと前記機械的グラウンドのずれに適応するために非柔 軟ハブに結合された少なくとも一つの波状柔軟部分を有し、前記柔軟部分はアー チを含み、前記アーチは前記ハブの半径方向外側に位置し且つ前記ハブに連結さ れており、それらの間の接合部は柔軟性を改善し且つ応力集中を最小 にするために曲線断面を有し、 第一および第二支持体を備えた変位制限装置を有し、前記第一支持体は前記リ ング・ギヤー・ハウジングから縦に伸びており、前記第二支持体は前記機械的グ ラウンドに固定されており、前記第一および第二支持体の相互接触が前記リング ・ギヤー・ハウジングの過度の半径方向変位を妨げるように、前記第二支持体は 前記第一支持体と少なくとも部分的に縦に同一の広がりを持ち且つ半径方向に隔 てられており、 前記第一および第二支持体の半径方向中間に配置され、前記リング・ギヤー・ ハウジングの振動を制限する振動減衰装置を有し、 前記リング・ギヤー・ハウジングはアンティトルク・スプラインを有し、前記 機械的グラウンドは協同スプラインを有し、両スプラインは正常運転中は噛み合 わず、前記リング・ギヤー・カップリングが破損または変形した場合に噛み合う ことにより前記リング・ギヤー・ハウジングの回転に抵抗することを特徴とする カップリング・システム。 11.第一外部装置に連結された太陽歯車と、 第二外部装置に連結されたリング・ギヤー・ハウジングに固定されたリング・ ギヤーと、 遊星歯車キャリアー内に回転可能に取り付けられ且つ前記太陽歯車および前記 リング・ギヤーと噛み合っている複数の遊星歯車と、 を有する遊星歯車列のカップリングであって、 少なくとも一つの波状柔軟区画が非柔軟スピンドルに結合されて おり、前記柔軟区画は円筒リングを含み、前記リングは前記スピンドルより大き い直径を有し、前記リングは縦に間隔を置いた二つのダイアフラムで前記スピン ドルに結合されており、前記ダイアフラム、前記リングおよび前記スピンドルの 間の接合部は柔軟性を改善し且つ応力集中を最小にするために曲線断面を有し、 前記カップリングは前記太陽歯車および前記リング・ギヤー・カップリングの一 方を外部装置と連結し且つそれらの間のずれに適応することを特徴とするカップ リング。 12.第一外部装置に連結された太陽歯車と、 第二外部装置に連結されたリング・ギヤー・ハウジングに固定されたリング・ ギヤーと、 遊星歯車キャリアー内に回転可能に取り付けられ且つ前記太陽歯車および前記 リング・ギヤーと噛み合っている複数の遊星歯車と、 を有する遊星歯車列におけるカップリングであって、 少なくとも一つの波状柔軟部分が非柔軟ハブに結合されており、前記柔軟部分 はアーチを含み、前記アーチは前記ハブの半径方向外側に位置し且つ前記ハブに 連結されており、それらの間の接合部は柔軟性を改善し且つ応力集中を最小にす るために曲線断面を有し、前記カップリングは前記太陽歯車および前記リング・ ギヤー・ハウジングの一方を外部装置と連結し且つそれらの間のずれに適応する ことを特徴とするカップリング。
