一実施態様において、上述の変数は、以下の設計パラメータを用いて波状の可撓セクション44を作製するのに用いられる。

上述の設計パラメータにより、エピサイクリック(遊星)歯車列の一体型継手システム40が、そのようなシステムに共通する軸方向、水平方向、角度的な不整合の組み合わせに適合する能力を有することが可能になるとともに、同時に、システムにおけるトルクの伝達が可能となる。一体型継手システム40は、非対照的なテーパー状の輪郭形状を介して、螺旋状の太陽歯車の不整合からスプラインシステムを切り離す。一体型継手システム40の主要な設計パラメータは、上述のように厚さと径の比である。図2に例示したようなダイアフラムのセットは、エピサイクリック歯車列の偏位およびシャフトシステムの不整合からスプラインシステムを切り離すように、異なる径の寸法形状を有していてもよい。従って、スプラインが摩耗する傾向がわずかであり、かつ、エピサイクリック(遊星)ギアボックスが不整合下で作動する性能を有するため、システム全体の信頼性が向上する。
Claims (20)
- シャフトにより駆動される遊星歯車列であって、
太陽歯車と、
リングギアと、
プラネットキャリヤ内に回転可能に取付けられるとともに、前記太陽歯車および前記リングギアにかみ合う複数の遊星歯車と、
前記太陽歯車を前記シャフトに連結する太陽歯車継手であって、前記太陽歯車と前記シャフトとの間の不整合に適応するようにスピンドルに連結された少なくとも1つの波状の可撓セクションを有する太陽歯車継手と、
を備え、
前記波状の可撓セクションが、前記シャフトの中心軸に対して概ね垂直で、外側リング部材により連結される2つの概して平行な内部壁を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの波状の可撓セクションは、対応する外径厚Taを含む外径Raと、対応する内径厚Tbを含む内径Rbと、外側リング径Roと、内側リング径Riと、シャフト/ダイアフラムのフィレットの径Rsと、を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの波状の可撓セクションは、

の設計基準を有することを特徴とする遊星歯車列。 - 前記太陽歯車が、単一構造を形成するように前記太陽歯車継手に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遊星歯車列。
- 前記太陽歯車が、歯車部分と、該歯車部分から同軸状に延びるシャフト部分と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遊星歯車列。
- 前記概して平行な内部壁に対応する外側壁が、双曲線状の断面輪郭形状を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遊星歯車列。
- 前記波状の可撓セクションが、溶接工程により互いに接合された4つの均等な寸法の部品からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遊星歯車列。
- 前記外側リング部材の各々が、前記概して平行な内部壁に対して概ね垂直な内部面と、断面において双曲線状である外部面と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遊星歯車列。
- 前記波状の可撓セクションの縁部部材の各々が、オイル用のドレイン口を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遊星歯車列。
- 一体型太陽歯車および継手システムであって、
太陽歯車と、
前方端において前記太陽歯車に接続され、後方端において遊星歯車列のシャフトに接続されるとともに、前記太陽歯車と前記シャフトとの間の不整合に適合する少なくとも1つの波状の可撓セクションを有するスピンドルであって、前記スピンドルの隣接するセクションの径よりも大きい径を有する円筒形リングを備えるとともに、2つの長手方向に離間されたダイアフラムによって前記スピンドルに連結される前記波状の可撓セクションを有するスピンドルと、
を備え、
前記ダイアフラムと前記スピンドルとの間の接合部が、可撓性を向上させるとともに応力集中を最小限にするように、前記ダイアフラムの外側における断面において湾曲しており、前記ダイアフラムの内側は、前記ダイアフラムの壁が非対称の外郭形状となるように、前記シャフトの中心軸に対して垂直な直線的な縁部であり、
前記少なくとも1つの波状の可撓セクションは、対応する外径厚Taを含む外径Raと、対応する内径厚Tbを含む内径Rbと、外側リング径Roと、内側リング径Riと、シャフト/ダイアフラムのフィレットの径Rsと、を有し、
前記少なくとも1つの波状の可撓セクションは、

- 概して平行な内部壁に対応する外側壁が、双曲線状の断面輪郭形状を形成することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の一体型太陽歯車および継手システム。
- 前記波状の可撓セクションが、互いに接合された4つの均等な寸法の部品からなることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の一体型太陽歯車および継手システム。
- 前記4つの均等な寸法の部品が、溶接工程によって接合されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の一体型太陽歯車および継手システム。
- 各外側縁部部材が、前記概して平行な内部壁に対して概ね垂直な内部面と、断面において双曲線状である外部面と、を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の一体型太陽歯車および継手システム。
- 前記波状の可撓セクションの縁部部材の各々が、オイル用のドレイン口を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の一体型太陽歯車および継手システム。
- 太陽歯車を有する一体型継手システムを構築する方法であって、
太陽歯車部品および連結シャフトを備える一体型太陽歯車を設けるステップと、
基準点として使用するように、第1のダイアフラムに第1の直線的で平坦な内側縁部を機械加工するステップと、
前記第1の直線的で平坦な内側縁部を固定するステップと、
前記第1のダイアフラムにテーパー状の外側縁部を機械加工するステップと、
前記第1のダイアフラムを前記一体型太陽歯車に接合するステップと、
を含み、
前記第1の直線的で平坦な内側縁部は、前記連結シャフトの中心軸に対して概ね垂直であり、
前記第1のダイアフラムは、対応する外径厚Taを含む外径Raと、対応する内径厚Tbを含む内径Rbと、外側リング径Roと、内側リング径Riと、シャフト/ダイアフラムのフィレットの径Rsと、を有し、
前記第1のダイアフラムは、

リングを形成するように、前記第1のダイアフラムを前記第2のダイアフラムに溶接するステップと、
をさらに含み、
前記第2の直線的で平坦な内側縁部が、前記第1の直線的で平坦な内側縁部に対して概ね平行であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の一体型継手システム構築方法。 - 前記第1の直線的で平坦な内側縁部に対して垂直である直線的な縁部を機械加工するステップと、
前記第2の直線的で平坦な内側縁部に対して垂直である直線的な縁部を機械加工するステップと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の一体型継手システム構築方法。 - 前記一体型継手システムを均衡化するように、前記リングの前記外側縁部の一部を機械加工するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の一体型継手システム構築方法。
- 前記一体型継手システムが、歯車列内における前記太陽歯車と前記シャフトとの間の不整合に適合する少なくとも1つの波状の可撓セクションを備えることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の一体型継手システム構築方法。
