- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.抗原ペプチド、リンカー及びMHCセグメントを備え、前記ペプチドが前 記MHCセグメントに前記リンカーによって結合されているペプチド−L−MH C分子。 2.請求項1のペプチド−L−MHC分子において、前記MHCセグメントは MHCのクラスIIタンパクの少なくとも一部を備える。 3.請求項1のペプチド−L−MHC分子において、前記ペプチドはMHCタ ンパクのペプチド結合サイトに結合可能である。 4.ペプチド−L−MHCα+β2m組成物及びリンカーによってMHCセグメ ントに連結された抗原ペプチドを有するペプチド−L−MHCα+β組成物から なるグループから選択された組成物を備え、その組成物はT細胞反応を刺激する ことが実質的に不可能な細胞の血漿膜に固定されるT細胞耐性を誘導可能な調剤 。 5.請求項4の調剤において、前記細胞は赤血球、繊維芽細胞、多分化能性前 駆細胞、上皮細胞、及び神経細胞からなるグループから選択されたものである。 6.リンカーによってMHCセグメントに結合された抗原ペプチドを備えたペ プチド−L−MHC分子にコード化された配列を有する核酸分子。 7.請求項6の核酸分子において、前記MHCセグメントはMHCクラスII β鎖遺伝子の少なくとも一部によってコード化されている。 8.発現ベクターに作動的に連結された核酸分子を備えた組み換え体分子を有 する組み換え体細胞であって、前記核酸分子はリンカーによってMHCセグメン トに結合された抗原ペプチドをコード化している組み換え体細胞。 9.請求項8の細胞において、前記細胞はペプチド−L−MHC分子を生成す る。 10.リンカーによってMHCセグメントに結合された抗原ペプチドを有する ペプチド−L−MHC分子、及びリンカーによってMHCセグメントに結合され た抗原ペプチドを有するペプチド−L−MHC分子をコード化する組み換え体分 子からなるグループから選択された化合物を備える薬剤。 11.リンカーによってMHCセグメントに結合された抗原ペプチドを有する ペプチド−L−MHC分子、及びリンカーによってMHCセグメントに結合され た抗原ペプチドを有するペプチド−L−MHC分子をコード化する組み換え体分 子からなるグループから選択された化合物を備える薬剤の有効量を動物に投与す ることからなる免疫応答を調節するための方法。 12.請求項11の方法において、前記薬剤は更に製薬上受け入れ可能な担体 を備える。 13.請求項11の方法において、前記方法は前記組み換え体分子によってコ ード化されたタンパクが、赤血球、抗原提示細胞、繊維芽細胞、多分化能性前駆 細胞、上皮細胞及び神経細胞からなるグループから選択された細胞の表面に発現 されるような態様で前記組み換え体分子を導出することを含む。 14.請求項13の方法において、前記細胞は赤血球である。 15.請求項11の方法において、前記動物は前記薬剤によって耐性化される 。
