Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に木材又は人工木製材料から成るプレート状の工作物を切削加工するた めのプログラム制御される機械用の工作物支持装置であって、第1の加工軸線の 方向、例えばX軸方向で、レール縦軸線に対して横方向にマニュアルで調節可能 な支持レール(1)と、レール長手方向で、例えば第2の加工軸線の方向、つま りY軸方向で、前記支持レール上にマニュアルで位置決め可能な吸着緊締体(2 )とが設けられている形式のものにおいて、支持レール(1)の調節行程に沿っ て並びにそれぞれの支持レール(1)の縦側に沿って、それぞれ1つの発光バン ド(10,11)が配置されていて、該発光バンドにおいて、それぞれの支持レ ール(1)及び支持レール上に配置される吸着緊締体(2)の調整位置が光学的 に表示可能であることを特徴とする、工作物支持装置。 2.発光バンド(10,11)が、それぞれ一列の点状の光源(12)から構 成されている、請求項1記載の工作物支持装置。 3.光源(12)が発光ダイオードとして構成されている、請求項1記載の工 作物支持装置。 4.発光バンドの位置決め表示が、支持レール(1)の幅及び当該支持レール の長手方向での1つの吸着緊締体(2)の幅に相応する区分(A,B)に沿った 当該位置での発光によって、行われるようになっている、請求項1から3までの いずれか1項記載の工作物支持装置。 5.吸着緊締体(2)が、正方形の基本形状を有していて、かつ、正方形の基 本形状のほぼ全体に亘って延びる吸込み区分(5)又は長方形形状で前記基本形 状の半面に亘ってのみ延びる吸込み区分(6)を有しており、半面の吸込み区分 (6)を有する吸着緊締体(2)が、吸込み区分長手方向を支持レール(1)の 縦方向又は横方向に合わせて配置されており、発光バンド(10,11)の位置 決め表示が、当該吸着緊締体(2)の半面の吸込み区分(6)のそれぞれの配置 に適合されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の工作物支持装置。 6.発光ベルト(10,11)の点状の光源(12)において、支持レール( 1)、吸着緊締体(2)又は吸着緊締体の半面の吸込み区分のための表示位置決 め区分(A,B,B1,B2)毎、それぞれ多数の光源(12)が設けられてい る、請求項4又は5記載の工作物支持装置。 7.半面の吸込み区分(6)を有する吸着緊締体(2)において、高い発光強 度の吸込み区分(6)の位置と、これに比して低い発光強度の、前記吸込み区分 に隣接して吸着緊締体(2)の上面に設けられた空き区分(7)の位置とが表示 可能である、請求項5又は 6記載の工作物支持装置。 8.発光ベルト(10,11)の点状の光源(12)において、高い発光強度 が当該区分(B1)において、該区分(B1)のそれぞれの光源(12)の発光 によって、かつ、低い発光強度がこれに属する区分(B2)において、該区分( B2)の1つ置きの光源(12)の発光によって、得られる、請求項7記載の工 作物支持装置。
