Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.サンプルに近接して配置されかつ光軸を規定する対物レンズを含み、前記対 物レンズは光の入射ビームを受取るように位置決めされかつ前記ビームをサンプ ルに向け、その上に照らされたスポットを作り出し、前記対物レンズは前記スポ ットから発せられた光を集束してレトロビームを形成し、前記対物レンズは、走 査装置に近接して位置決めされるように前記対物レンズから十分に離れた外部の 入射ひとみを有し、さらに、 前記入射ビームを発するためのビーム源と、 前記光軸にあり、前記サンプルの表面上の前記スポットを走査するための手段 と、 前記ビーム源と前記対物レンズとの間の前記光軸に位置決めされ、前記入射ビ ームを前記レトロビームから分離するための手段とを含み、前記対物レンズは前 記分離手段に前記レトロビームを向け、前記分離手段は前記レトロビームを検出 器に向ける、光学走査システム。 2.前記対物レンズは、入射ひとみでアフォーカルである、請求項1に記載の光 学走査システム。 3.前記対物レンズはテレセントリックである、請求項1に記載の光学走査シス テム。 4.前記分離手段はダイクロイックフィルタである、請求項1に記載の光学走査 システム。 5.前記分離手段はフレネルレフレクタである、請求項1 に記載の光学走査システム。 6.前記ビーム源と前記分離手段との間に位置決めされ、前記入射ビームの直径 を変化させるための手段をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の光学走査システム。 7.前記ビーム源は、コリメートする光学素子に光学的に結合された光の非コヒ ーレント源である、請求項1に記載の光学走査システム。 8.前記ビーム源は、コリメートする光学素子に光学的に結合された発光ダイオ ードを含む、請求項1に記載の光学走査システム。 9.前記分離手段は、前記入射ビームの直径よりも大きくかつ前記レトロビーム の直径よりも小さい直径を有するミラーであり、レトロビームの直径は入射ビー ムの直径よりも実質的に大きい、請求項1に記載の光学走査システム。 10.前記走査手段は、システムのひとみに位置決めされた凹面鏡を含む、請求 項1に記載の光学走査システム。 11.前記走査手段は、システムのひとみに位置決めされた凸面鏡を含む、請求 項1に記載の光学走査システム。 12.前記走査手段は、レンズのひとみに位置決めされた屈折走査デフレクタを 含む、請求項1に記載の光学走査システム。 13.前記走査手段は、システムのひとみに位置決めされた回折走査デフレクタ を含む、請求項1に記載の光学走査システム。 14.前記走査手段は、システムのひとみに位置決めされた回転するペンタプリ ズム走査デフレクタを含む、請求項1に記載の光学走査システム。
