Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも電気的エネルギーを機械的エネルギーに変換するようになった 変換器において、第1と第2ハウジング部分を有するハウジングと、導電コイル とを有し、前記第1ハウジング部分は、弾性変形可能の第1ドーム部分を有し、 前記第2ハウジング部分は、弾性変形可能の第2ドーム部分を有し、前記第1ハ ウジング部分と前記第2ハウジング部分とは、互いに面が付き合わされて係合さ れ、支持構造の囲いが形成され、前記導電コイルは、前記ハウジングにより画成 される支持構造囲い内に配置されるとともに、電気信号を受け取るように適宜結 合され、前記第1と第2のハウジング部分に弾性そりを生じさせるようになって おり、前記電気信号により前記導電コイルに生ずる電流に作用して前記ハウジン グの前記第1と第2のハウジング部分にそれぞれ弾性的そりを行わせることを特 徴とする変換器。 2.請求項1に記載の変換器において、さらに前記ハウジングの支持構造囲い 内で導電コイルの周りに支持された磁気材料を有し、該磁気材料は、前記第1と 第2のハウジング部分のそれぞれの第1と第2ドーム部分の弾性変形に応答して 並進運動しうることを特徴とする変換器。 3.請求項2に記載の変換器において、該変換器は、さらに機械的エネルギー を電気的エネルギーに変換するようになっており、前記第1と第2ドーム部分の 弾性変形に作用して生じた前記磁気材料の並進運動により前記導電コイルに電流 が誘起されることを特徴とする変換器。 4.請求項3に記載の変換器において、さらに前記導電コイルに結合された信 号処理回路を有し、該信号処理回路が、前記導電コイルに誘起された電流を受け 取り、該コイルに誘起された電流に相当する信号を処理して前記導電コイルに印 加するための電気信号を発生させることを特徴とする変換器。 5.請求項1に記載の変換器において、さらに前記導電コイルを前記第1ハウ ジング部分の下側に延在させて支持し、かつ前記第1ハウジング部分の第1支持 体受け部分に当接して配置された部分を有する第1支持体と、前記磁気材料を前 記第2ハウジングの上側に延在させて支持し、かつ前記第2ハウジング部分の第 2支持体受け部分に当接して配置された部分を有する第2支持体とを含み、該第 1支持体受け部分と前記第2部分受け部材とは、同様の寸法となっていることを 特徴とする変換器。 6.請求項5に記載の変換器において、前記第1支持体は、管状コア部材によ り特徴づけられ、前記導電コイルは、該管状コア部材の周りに巻かれていること を特徴とする変換器。 7.請求項6に記載の変換器において、前記第1支持体は、さらに前記第1ハ ウジング部分に装着された隆起体により特徴づけられ、該隆起体の外径は、前記 管状コア部材がその周りに着座しうる大きさであることを特徴とする変換器。 8.請求項5に記載の変換器において、前記第2支持体は、さらに前記第2ハ ウジングに装着された隆起体により特徴づけられていることを特徴とする変換器 。 9.請求項8に記載の変換器において、前記第2支持体は、さらに前記隆起体 ならびに前記磁気材料と螺合するネジ付き軸部材により特徴づけられていること を特徴とする変換器。 10.請求項5に記載の変換器において、前記磁気材料は、さらに中心開口を 設けたトロイダル状部分により特徴づけられ、前記導電コイルは、該トロイダル 状部分から隔置して前記中心開口以内で前記第1支持体により支持されているこ とを特徴とする変換器。
