Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも一部が、1993年11月24日にI−1378という番号で C.N.C.M.に寄託された株のプラスミドあるいはゲノムDNAの少なくと も一部と混成できるDNA配列を有することを特徴とする細菌株。 2. ゲノムの少なくとも70%が、上記寄託株のDNAと混成できることを特 徴とする、請求項1による細菌株。 3. 中程度に好熱性であり、デンプンを加水分解する性質を有し、および/ま たはL(+)−乳酸塩を生産できることを特徴とする、請求項1または2による 細菌株。 4. 乳酸桿菌属に表現型が密接に関係していることを特徴とする、請求項3に よる細菌株。 5. ヘテロ乳酸性(heterolactic)であり、かつ炭水化物からL(+)−乳酸 塩に加えて、特にギ酸塩、酢酸塩およびエタノールを生産できることを特徴とす る、請求項1〜4のうちの1項による細菌株。 6. カタラーゼを有するが、チトクロームを有しないことを特徴とする、請求 項1〜5のうちの1項による細菌株。 7. pH約5.4〜8.5、特に至適にはpH約6.5〜7.5における増殖 を伴い、嫌気性増殖条件お よび微好気性を特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちの1項による株。 8. グラム陽性であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか1項 による細菌株。 9. 突出した鞭毛を有し、桿状で、孤立しているか短い鎖状であり、かつ胞子 が形成されないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のうちのいずれか1項による細 菌株。 10. DNAのグアニンおよびシトシンの含有量が50mol%より低く、特 に40mol%程度であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のうちのいずれか1 項による細菌株。 11. 1993年11月24日にI−1378という番号でC.N.C.M. に寄託された細菌株。 12. 嫌気性条件下、あるいは非常に少なくとも低酸素分圧下、pH約5.4 〜8.5、特に6.5〜7.5で、株によりエネルギー源として使用され得る糖 、および窒素源としてのペプチドを含有する基本培地中で行われることを特徴と する、請求項1〜11のうちのいずれか1項による細菌株の培養方法。 13. 炭水化物がエネルギー源および炭素源として使用され、かつペプチド、 特に酵母抽出物あるいは蛋白質加水分解物が窒素源として使用されることを特徴 とする、請求項11による方法。 14. 請求項1〜11のうちの1項による細菌株の 使用から成ることを特徴とする、汚染除去を目的とする、産業廃水の処理方法 15. 食品発酵方法における、請求項1〜11のうちの1項による細菌株の使 用。 16. 株と乳酸菌と桿菌との間の遺伝物質の移動によって、変異体を発生させ るための、請求項1〜11のうちの1項による株の使用。 17. L(+)−乳酸塩、酢酸塩、ギ酸塩およびエタノールのような代謝生成 物の生産方法において、該方法が、 −株の発生および必要な代謝生成物の生産に適した条件下での、請求項1〜1 0のうちの1項による細菌株の培養、および −生産された代謝生成物の回収、所望の代謝生成物の単離およびその精製 から成ることを特徴とする方法。
