- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリマー生地を蛋白吸収に対して持続的に抵抗性とする方法であって、 表面を有するポリマー生地を提供し; 該ポリマー生地の表面に、水、及び該ポリマー生地を蛋白吸収に対して持続 的に抵抗性とするに適した界面活性剤を含有する組成物を塗布し;かつ 該組成物が塗布されたポリマー生地を乾燥させる; ことを包含し、ここで、 該界面活性剤は、20℃で水の重量を基にして約5重量%以下の水溶性を有 し、かつ該生地上に該ポリマー生地を蛋白吸着に対して持続的に抵抗性とするに 十分な量存在する方法。 2.ポリマー生地がポリオレフィン生地である請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.界面活性剤が下記一般式を有する請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 (ここで、 R1及びR6の各々は、水素並びにC1−C8アルキル及びアリール基からな る群より独立に選択され; R2−R5の各々は、C1−C8アルキル及びアリール基からなる群より独立 に選択され; aは約8ないし約25の整数を表し; bは約8ないし約25の整数を表し; b/aの比は約0.7ないし約1.5の範囲にあり; cは1ないし約10の整数を表し; dは約40ないし約100の整数を表し; d/(aおよびbの合計の2倍)の比は約0.7ないし約1.5の範囲に あり;かつ 該界面活性剤の数平均分子量は約5,000ないし約35,000の範囲 にある。) 4.請求の範囲第3項に記載の方法であって、 R1及びR6の各々は、水素並びにC1−C3アルキル及びフェニル基からな る群より独立に選択され; R2−R5の各々は、C1−C3アルキル及びフェニル基からなる群より独立 に選択され; aは約12ないし約18の整数を表し; bは約12ないし約18の整数を表し; b/aの比は約1であり; cは約2ないし約4の整数を表し; dは約50ないし約70の整数を表し; d/(aおよびbの合計の2倍)の比は約1であり;かつ 該界面活性剤の数平均分子量は約6,500ないし約18,500の範囲 にある方法。 5.ポリマー生地を持続的に湿潤可能、かつ蛋白吸着に対して抵抗性とする方法 であって、 表面を有するポリマー生地を提供し; 該ポリマー生地の表面に、水及び表面活性剤を含有する組成物を塗布し;か つ 該組成物が塗布されたポリマー生地を乾燥させる; ことを包含し、ここで、該界面活性剤は、 20℃で水の重量を基にして約5重量%以下の水溶性を有し、 該生地上に該ポリマー生地を持続的に湿潤可能かつ蛋白吸着に対して抵抗性 とするに十分な量存在し、かつ 下記一般式 (ここで、 R1及びR6の各々は、水素並びにC1−C8アルキル及びアリール基からな る群より独立に選択され; R2−R5の各々は、C1−C8アルキル及びアリール基からなる群より独立 に選択され; aは約8ないし約25の整数を表し; bは約8ないし約25の整数を表し; b/aの比は約0.7ないし約1.5の範囲にあり; cは1ないし約10の整数を表し; dは約40ないし約100の整数を表し; d/(aおよびbの合計の2倍)の比は約0.7ないし約1.5の範囲に あり;かつ 該界面活性剤の数平均分子量は約5,000ないし約35,000の範囲 にある。) を有する方法。 6.請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法であって、 R1及びR6の各々は、水素並びにC1−C3アルキル及びフェニル基からな る群より独立に選択され; R2−R5の各々は、C1−C3アルキル及びフェニル基からなる群より独立 に選択され; aは約12ないし約18の整数を表し; bは約12ないし約18の整数を表し; b/aの比は約1であり; cは約2ないし約4の整数を表し; dは約50ないし約70の整数を表し; d/(aおよびbの合計の2倍)の比は約1であり;かつ 該界面活性剤の数平均分子量は約6,500ないし約18,500の範囲 にある方法。 7.表面を有するポリマー生地の基層;及び 該生地の表面上の界面活性剤; を含み、ここで、 該界面活性剤は、20℃で水の重量を基にして約5重量%以下の水溶性を有 し、かつ該生地上に該生地の重量を基にして少なくとも0.3重量%の量存在す る、被覆ポリマー生地。 8.ポリマー生地がポリオレフィン生地である請求の範囲第7項記載の被覆ポリ マー生地。 9.界面活性剤が下記一般式を有する請求の範囲第7項記載の被覆ポリマー生地 。 (ここで、 R1及びR6の各々は、水素並びにC1−C8アルキル及びアリール基からな る群より独立に選択され; R2−R5の各々は、C1−C8アルキル及びアリール基からなる群より独立 に選択され; aは約8ないし約25の整数を表し; bは約8ないし約25の整数を表し; b/aの比は約0.7ないし約1.5の範囲にあり; cは1ないし約10の整数を表し; dは約40ないし約100の整数を表し; d/(aおよびbの合計の2倍)の比は約0.7ないし約1.5の範囲に あり;かつ 該界面活性剤の数平均分子量は約5,000ないし約35,000の範囲 にある。) 10.請求の範囲第9項に記載の被覆ポリマー生地であって、 R1及びR6の各々は、水素並びにC1−C3アルキル及びフェニル基からな る群より独立に選択され; R2−R5の各々は、C1−C3アルキル及びフェニル基からなる群より独立 に選択され; aは約12ないし約18の整数を表し; bは約12ないし約18の整数を表し; b/aの比は約1であり; cは約2ないし約4の整数を表し; dは約50ないし約70の整数を表し; d/(aおよびbの合計の2倍)の比は約1であり;かつ 該界面活性剤の数平均分子量は約6,500ないし約18,500の範囲 にある被覆ポリマー生地。 11.被覆ポリオレフィン生地であって、 表面を有するポリオレフィン生地の基層;及び 該生地の表面上の界面活性剤; を含み、ここで、 該界面活性剤は、20℃で水の重量を基にして約5重量%以下の水溶性を有 し、該生地上に該生地の重量を基にして少なくとも0.3重量%の量存在し、か つ下記一般式を有する、被覆ポリオレフィン生地。 (ここで、 R1及びR6の各々は、水素並びにC1−C8アルキル及びアリール基からな る群より独立に選択され; R2−R5の各々は、C1−C8アルキル及びアリール基からなる群より独立 に選択され; aは約8ないし約25の整数を表し; bは約8ないし約25の整数を表し; b/aの比は約0.7ないし約1.5の範囲にあり; cは1ないし約10の整数を表し; dは約40ないし約100の整数を表し; d/(aおよびbの合計の2倍)の比は約0.7ないし約1.5の範囲に あり;かつ 該界面活性剤の数平均分子量は約5,000ないし約35,000の範囲 にある。) 12.請求の範囲第11項に記載の被覆ポリオレフィン生地であって、 R1及びR6の各々は、水素並びにC1−C3アルキル及びフェニル基からな る群より独立に選択され; R2−R5の各々は、C1−C3アルキル及びフェニル基からなる群より独立 に選択され; aは約12ないし約18の整数を表し; bは約12ないし約18の整数を表し; b/aの比は約1であり; cは約2ないし約4の整数を表し; dは約50ないし約70の整数を表し; d/(aおよびbの合計の2倍)の比は約1であり;かつ 該界面活性剤の数平均分子量は約6,500ないし約18,500の範囲 にある被覆ポリオレフィン生地。 13.使い捨て吸収体物品であって、該物品の少なくとも1つの構成要素が蛋白吸 着に対して抵抗性である使い捨て吸収体物品。 14.前記少なくとも1つの構成要素がポリマー生地である請求の範囲第13項記 載の使い捨て吸収体物品。 15.使い捨て吸収体物品であって、該物品の少なくとも1つの構成要素が請求の 範囲第7項記載の被覆ポリマー生地である使い捨て吸収体物品。 16.使い捨て吸収体物品であって、該物品の少なくとも1つの構成要素が請求の 範囲第8項記載の被覆ポリマー生地である使い捨て吸収体物品。 17.使い捨て吸収体物品であって、該物品の少なくとも1つの構成要素が請求の 範囲第9項記載の被覆ポリマー生地である使い捨て吸収体物品。 18.使い捨て吸収体物品であって、該物品の少なくとも1つの構成要素が請求の 範囲第11項記載の被覆ポリマー生地である使い捨て吸収体物品。 19.使い捨て吸収体物品がおむつである請求の範囲第18項記載の使い捨て吸収 体物品。 20.使い捨て吸収体物品が女性用ケア製品である請求の範囲第18項記載の使い 捨て吸収体物品。 21.使い捨て吸収体物品が衛生ナプキンである請求の範囲第20項記載の使い捨 て吸収体物品。 22.使い捨て吸収体物品がタンポンである請求の範囲第20項記載の使い捨て吸 収体物品。 23.使い捨て吸収体物品が失禁用製品である請求の範囲第18項記載の使い捨て 吸収体物品。 24.使い捨て吸収体物品がトレーニングパンツである請求の範囲第18項記載の 使い捨て吸収体物品。 25.使い捨て吸収体物品が布巾である請求の範囲第18項記載の使い捨て吸収体 物品。
