Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.容器の円筒形下部(10)と、処理剤をパルプの流れに供給する手段(13 )とを備え、攪はん器(11)が容器下部(10)の壁に取り付けられ、この攪 はん器が容器部分(10)をほぼ横切るパルプの流れを作り出すようになされた 、パルプ懸濁液に処理剤を混合する装置であって、分流器(15)が、容器部分 (10)内の攪はん器(11)の正反対の位置にあり、この分流器は、ほぼ垂直 な前方分配エッジ(16)と、この分配エッジからそれぞれの方向に延び、ほぼ 垂直で、容器部分(10)の壁とつながる弧状面(17)とを備えることを特徴 とする装置。 2.弧状面(17)が、容器部分(10)に対してほぼ接線方向に接合すること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 3.分配エッジ(16)が、容器の攪はん器(11)と反対側の半分に配置され ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の装置。 4.分配エッジ(16)が攪はん器(11)の中心線上にあり、弧状面(17) が分配エッジ(16)に関して対称形であるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第3項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 5.弧状面(17)が、容器部分(10)の直径(D)の20〜25%の半径r をもつ円筒状であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項のいずれか一 項に記載の装置。 6.弧状面(17)が、容器部分(10)の壁と角度(v)をなす傾斜面(18 )によって上方が規定され、分配エッジ(16)の高さ(h)が容器部分(10 )の直径(D)の10〜20%であり、容器壁までの傾斜面(18)の接続した 最高の高さ(H)が前記直径(D)の40〜60%であることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項から第5項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
