Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.酵素α-1,4-グルカンリアーゼ(GL)の調製方法であって、該酵素を菌類感 染藻類から単離する工程を包有する方法。 2.前記酵素が、該酵素により分解されないゲルを用いて単離および/またはさ らに精製される、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記ゲルが、デキストリンまたはその誘導体、好ましくはシクロデキストリ ン、より好ましくはβ−シクロ−デキストリンである、請求項2に記載の方法。 4.請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法により調製された、GL酵素。 5.配列番号1または配列番号2のアミノ酸配列、あるいはその任意の変異体を 含む酵素。 6.酵素α-1,4-グルカンリアーゼをコードするヌクレオチド配列。 7.前記配列がDNA配列である、請求項6に記載のヌクレオチド配列。 8.前記DNA配列が、配列番号3または配列番号4の任意のDNA配列に、同一な、 または相補的な、または実質的に相同性を有する、または任意の適切なコドン置 換を含む配列を含む、請求項7に記載のヌクレオチド配列。 9.請求項6から8のいずれかに記載のヌクレオチド配列を発現させる工程を包 含する、酵素α-1,4-グルカンリアーゼの調製方法。 10.前記藻類がGracilariopsis lemaneiformisである、請求項1から9のいず れかに記載の方法。 11.酵素、好ましくはGLを精製するための、β-シクロデキストリンの使用。 12.DNA配列が、配列番号3または配列番号4の任意のDNA配列に、同一な、ま たは相補的な、または実質的に相同性を有する、または任意の適切なコドン置換 を含む配列を含む、ヌクレオチド配列。
