Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.廃物の取り出しとその後の熱利用の前に又は異なる処理操作の前に、例 えば廃物バンカー又は適当な廃物容器のような、維持又は供給容器内の異質廃物 の貯蔵方法であって、廃棄物の貯蔵が火災の危険から安全な、本質的に不活性な 雰囲気下で行われることを特徴とする方法。 2.計量することができる不活性ガスがバンカー又は貯蔵容器内の廃物を貫 流することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.廃物バンカー内の不活性ガス雰囲気の内圧を外圧とは異なるように調節 することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 4.不活性にされた廃物バンカー又は同様な容器内の圧力が外圧未満であり 、廃棄物の装入と取り出しが適当なロックを介して行われることを特徴とする請 求項1記載の方法。 5.本質的に窒素及び/又は二酸化炭素を、異質廃物を完全に通過する不活 性ガスとして用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 6.廃物又は廃棄物の貯蔵が本質的に窒素を含む雰囲気下で行われ、この窒 素が熱利用プロセスから得られ、少なくとも1つの高温段階において、任意に予 め脱気した廃棄物の炭素成分が酸素の添加によってガス化され、ガス化に必要な 酸素が少なくとも部分的に空気分解によって得られることを特徴とする請求項1 記載の方法。 7.熱利用プラント(任意に、補助準備プロセス後)からの二酸化炭素成分 を廃物の中間貯蔵のために用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記 載の方法。 8.貯蔵廃棄物を貫流する二酸化炭素を高温ガス化反応器に供給することを 特徴とする請求項1、3又は6のいずれかに記載の方法。 9.貯蔵領域内の不活性ガス雰囲気を、例えば酸素残量及びメタン画分等の ような残留ガス成分に関して監視することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 10.可燃性成分を含む、あらゆる種類の廃棄物の耐火性貯蔵のための請求 項1記載の方法であって、廃物の準備及び/又は処理によって操作される不活性 ガスソースとは関係なく、不活性ガスとの衝突が外界から密封された空間内で行 われることを特徴とする方法。
